Theuni-bodyconstructionprovidesincreasedstructuralintegrityandminimizedleaksthroughbodyjoints.
ThespeciallydesignedcompoundVopeningprovidespreciseequalpercentageflowcontrolwithsmallincrementalopeninginthelowerendofthevalverotationandhighflowcapacityintheupperend.Thenearlywideopenatfullopen,alongwithrecessedbearings,virtuallyeliminatesplugging/cloggingofthevalve.
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTIONThevalve’sdesignallowscontrolofthemostfluidsusedinmanyindustries.Thevalveissuitableforfibers,particlesinsuspension,dirty,clean,viscous,andcorrosivefluids,gas,steam,andespeciallypulpandpaperapplications.
Thevalvecanbesuppliedwithavarietyofactuators,positioners,limitswitches/transmitters,orothertopworksaccessories.

Therearetwoactuatormountingoptions.• ThestandardconnectionisdirectmountcompatiblewithanyISO5211standardactuator.OptionalsplinedconnectionfortheinstallationofdiaphragmactuatorswithDSY-DSZconversions.
STANDARD SEATSTFM,Suitabletotemperaturesof500°FforgeneralserviceswhereANSIClassVIshutoffisrequiredtocomplywithANSI/FCI70-2(seegraphbelow).
METAL-TO-METAL CONTACT SEATSSuitableforerosiveservices,fibers,chemicalfluidswithsuspendedsolids,andhightemperatureapplications.
Metalseatwithhardenedstellitecontactsurfaceand316stainlesssteelsegmentedballwithtungstencarbidecoatingANSIclassIVshutoff.
