INTRODUCTION REAL ESTATE encompasses land along with improvements to the land, such as buildings, fences, wells and other site improvements that are fixed in location immovable. DLF (Delhi Land and Finance) is the India's biggest real estate developer based in New Delhi, India. The DLF Group was founded by Raghuvendra Singh in 1946, and now headed by Mr. Kushal Pal Singh, according to the Forbes listing of richest billionaires in 2009, now stands as the 98th richest man in the world and the world's richest property developer.

Weaknesses Failed to do a detailed financial analysis of the said property. The second reason for failure was to meet investment goals is the absence of capable hands to handle real projects.

RECOMMENDATIONS Never buy jointly owned property. Don t try to buy a property that is under litigation already. Be careful before investing your cash on any property.
