With more than 125 legal professionals throughout the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, DLA Piper’s Technology Sourcing and Commercial group is able to seamlessly serve our client’s legal needs – globally and locally.
DLA Piper’s Technology, Sourcing and Commercial (TSC) lawyers assist clients in the development, protection and commercial exploitation of technology-related assets as well as sourcing strategic operations and technologies. Unlike many law firms which offer teams ancillary to their corporate and IP practices, our TSC group provides a leading global practice consisting of seasoned lawyers, integrated globally and dedicated to technology commercial transactions and advisory services.
