Diamond Keystone Associates, Ltd. is a supplier of contract furniture and accessories to the hospitality industry, covering hotels, resorts, time-share units, as well as fitting out apartments and condominiums with all the components and fixtures.

DKA, Ltd. provides high quality furniture with contemporary designs and finishes. We also work with customer designs for OEM products, as well as consulting with clients to design and create unique furnishings for their projects.

With origins supplying furniture to hotels and resorts in North America, DKA has expanded our scope to include both FE&E and OS&E to various facilities. DKA now furnishes serviced apartments, time share units, dormitories, and other hospitality industry projects.

Diamond Keystone Associates, Ltd. was founded in Vietnam to provide services to the rapidly expanding source market in Vietnam for the hospitality and contract furniture business.

We maintain a strong presence in the contract furniture industry in Vietnam, working with quality manufacturers in order to meet our client’s demand and requirements for high quality, competitively priced products for hotels, resorts, apartments and other projects with timely deliveries.

Our normal terms and conditions for accepting and placing orders are based on a deposit of 30% of thetotal order amount, and depending on client’s requirements for production samples, the balance ispayable upon shipment. Terms are based on FOB Vietnam Port.

All specifications, drawings, production lead times, colors, finishes and materials are agreed upon andaccepted by both the clients and the manufacturer prior to orders being placed, and DKA will assurecompliance with QC presence at the factories during all phases of production.
