held in beautiful New Orleans at the historic Hotel Monteleone on September 11-13, 2014. This
year's theme is "Think BIG....Easy!" We will mix a little business with a whole lot of fun - in tradi-
tional DLTA style! Earn up to 6 hours of CLE (Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi) and ALDOI CE
including one hour of ethics (pending approval) during our educational sessions.
This year’s DLTA Annual Convention promises to be another great opportunity for networking,
education and fun—and as everyone knows, New Orleans is the perfect destination for a relaxing
getaway! A premiere source of music, food, spirits, street performers, art and many other kinds of
fun…New Orleans is a one of a kind treasure. Don’t miss the chance to explore this unique city.

**Room Reservations**
The Hotel Monteleone is extending a special rate of
$159/night for convention attendees. This is a lim-
ited block, so make your reservations soon by calling

Thursday, September 11th
1:00—5:00 pm: Convention Registration
3:00 –5:00 pm: Board of Directors Meeting/Committee Meetings
6:00-7:00 pm: Past President's Cocktail Hour (For Past DLTA Presidents only)
6:00-7:00 pm: First Time Attendees & Board Reception (First Time Convention Attendees and DLTA Board members)
7:00-9:00 pm : "WHO DAT & WHERE Y’AT?" - Icebreaker Party at Hotel Monteleone. Come enjoy food, beverages and a photo booth. (All convention attendees)
Friday, September 12th
8:00 am—1:00 pm: CE/CLE educational program for attendees
1:00—5:45 pm: Free time in the afternoon - sign up for a group outing, relax in the hospitality suite or enjoy free time on your own
6:00– 8:00 pm: "GO BIG OR GO HOME BOWLING BASH”: Craft food/beverages & boutique bowling at the fabulous Fulton Alley. Trolley shuttle available from the hotel
8:00 pm—? Free Time! After the bowling event, meet up with other convention attendees in the French Quarter or enjoy the Big Easy on your own
Saturday, September 13tth
8:00—10:30 am: CE/CLE hours and keynote speaker
10:30 am: DLTA General Membership Meeting
11:30 am—1:00 pm: PRESIDENT’S BRUNCH BANQUET - featuring installation of the 2014-15 Board of Directors, passing the Presidential Gavel, announcement of the 2014 Title Person of the Year, recognition of past and present leaders
Free Time: Sign up for a group outing, meet up with friends in the Quarter, or watch some football in the hospitality suite. Enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer!

K. C. Conway—Conway has more than
25 years’ experience as an appraiser, un-derwriter, lender, credit officer, noted economist, and served five years with the Federal Reserve Bank. He is a noted lec-turer on CRE markets for government
agencies, financial institutions and private industry groups.
Diane Evans—Evans has served the title
insurance industry for more than three dec-ades. She joined Land Title Guarantee Co. in 1981 and currently serves as Sr. Vice Presi-dent. She serves as President-Elect of Amer-ican Land Title Association. She chaired the
Abstracters and Title Insurance Agents Section Executive Committee.
Loretta Salzano—Salzano founded Franzen
and Salzano in 1997 after serving as in-house counsel to financial institutions. She manages the firm’s state and federal compliance prac-tice. She is also a founder of ComplyShare, a
mortgage quality control and compliance company.
Mary Schuster—Schuster serves as Chief
Product Officer and Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at RamQuest, Inc. She draws upon a unique blend of perspectives to share with audiences—gathered during her
unique career that spans more than 20 years in the indus-try as a closing officer and agency manager, corporate mar-keting director, software specialist and regulatory expert.
Cynthia Durham Blair—Blair is an attorney
with Rogers Townsend & Thomas, PC. She prac-tices in the Transactional Law Department in the areas of residential real estate, REO and
relocation. Cynthia also serves on the Board of Governors for the American Land Title Association.
Leslie Wyatt -Leslie Wyatt is the Director of
Industry Relations at SoftPro. Leslie is a mem-ber of the ALTA Implementation Task Force, the Title Action Network Steering Committee, the ALTA Government Affairs Committee, the
ALTA Membership Committee, the ALTA Education Com-mittee and the TLTA Federal Issues Committee. She has represented ALTA at a congressional briefing regarding the CFPB and the upcoming changes.

These activities provide a little extra “Lagniappe” as we call it in New Orleans. Reservations must be made for each tour and payment made to participate.
*Ghost & Vampire Tour:
Come learn about NOLA’s dark side on this evening tour. Historically accurate tales of local hauntings and vampire lore.

*New Orleans School of Cooking:
Private cooking demonstration and lunch for DLTA convention attendees. Come learn the how-to’s of bisque, etouffee, red beans and rice, jambalaya and yummy Creole desserts.

*French Quarter Walking Tour:
The small group New Orleans French Quarter Walking Tour takes you on a walk through the Quarter and shows you sights and tells you stories that many visitors miss.
