Magnetic Door Holders shall be INOX® model number DHM2100. All magnetic door holders shall have tri-voltage with 30-45 pound holding power used for fire/smoke barrier doors held open until released by a remote switching device. Armature shall have 360o mobility with thru-bolts to the door for security. All Magnetic door holders shall have no plastic parts.
