How do you divide a fraction by a fraction?

When dividing a fraction by a fraction, multiply the denominator (bottom number) of the first fraction with the numerator (top number) of the second fraction, AND multiply the numerator (top number) of the first fraction with the denominator (bottom number) of the second fraction.
