The Kaleidoscope of Diversity in Health Care
We are not defined by one thing, we are all diverse!
Come and explore the meaning of diversity with other health care
workers, and how
t relates to the health care needs and services available for
older people within our
ommunity. During this interactive workshop come share your
knowledge; examine
assumptions, and influence process and policy to deliver better
health care
outcomes. This inclusive workshop is hands-on and you are
invited to share what you
and your organisation does to positively impact client care.
Be part of the diversity and inclusion practice, policy change
and continuous
mprovement in your organisation and help set the standard across
our
ommunities.
The one day session is split into two parts:
Part 1: 8:30am 2:00pm
All levels of frontline community care staff: Care Staff,
Nurses, Social Workers etc
Part 2: 1:00pm- 4:00pm
All those working behind the scenes: Managers, Supervisors, Head
Office etc
