A Green Lifestyle & Wholesome Wellness at PJ MidtownGreen is a way of life and as Kermit said, “It’s not easy being green.” But everyone can startsomewhere, so why not here? We celebrated World Environment Day and the launch of PJ Midtown Tower B with insightful and interesting wellness activities, workshops and lifestyle sharing. The event was hosted at Oasis Gallery. PJ Midtown is an award-winning mixed development which is recognised as gold status in the Green Building Index (GBI) and Best Green Development 2016 (earth conscious category) by The Star.

In support of the Green and Wellness Movement, two advocates were invited to this movement to enlighten the crowd on its benefits. First, Marissa Parry, health and wellness director at PurelyB, a nutrition and fitness coach who inspired us to live consciously with a healthy food demonstration. Second, Michael Ching, architect and director of Bgreen Design, encouraged us to live sustainably for the future.

Everyone had a great time learning how to prepare healthy food, shopping at the wellness bazaar and relaxation session by Robyn Lau. Guests put their green thumbs to work while expressing theircreativity at a terrarium-making workshop, hosted by Yuna’s Tiny Forest team.

Brunsfield International Group was the proud venue sponsor for the first-of-its-kind LED Night Run. The fun marathon organised by Earth Runners was held on 17th September at Oasis Square, making it a memorable time for families with young children and individuals.

There were two categories which ran concurrently, a 3km dash for families with kids (minimum 3 years old) and a 6km race for 18 years old and above. Runners received incredible race kit packs which consisted of glow in the dark and LED supplies – from glow sticks and t-shirts to LED glasses, wristbands and shoelaces. Even the finisher medals were a special edition LED design! Brunsfield International Group sponsored the coloured drawstring bag that held all these items.

After the marathon, runners were treated to a mini concert by Music Walker and Acabella Group. The event was held in collaboration with Astro, Skymolite, Elitez MMA, Oxwise, AIA, Stable Vision, Genting Rewards, Watsons and Lucozade Sport.
