• Three local, experienced, Microsoft-focused recruiters who skillfully work in Dev, Test, Infrastructure, ERP, Operations, Content, PMO, Data Analysis and Design. Can engage Texas center for additional bandwidth/volume, if needed.

• We will respond to every single Job Order, with a focus on quality over quantity for both you and the consultants.

• We will communicate with you regularly on the status of our search and feedback from the marketplace.

• If a consultant is hired, they may work on your site or offsite in Kirkland.

• Our Kirkland Center has 4,500 square feet, free parking, secure access, 25 work spaces, 4 conference rooms, a copy center and is available to all consultants for no extra charge.

• We will maintain a minimum of 1-2x monthly contact with you and our consultants for the duration of the contract.

We have legitimate capabilities in Dev, Test, SAP, Content, Infrastructure and Cloud. Each of these areas has a full-time Practice Manager plus project coordinators who report to a GSOC organization.We will work with you to pre-define the timelines, deliverables and approach and maintain regular contact.We can deliver out of our Kirkland, Virginia, Brazil or India offices. Support and Maintenance for Defense Media Activity

Business Challenge:• Lockheed Martin Information Technology (LMIT) required support to assist the Defense

Media Activity (DMA) in operation and maintenance of their office networks, including IT infrastructure and development

• The Defense Media Activity (DMA)—a Department of Defense field activity under the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs (OASD-PA)—needed to achieve its mission to conduct a joint service internal information communications program on behalf of the Secretary of Defense

DISYS’ Solution:• Provided technical expertise, specifically in the areas of helpdesk and systems

administration, Java development, systems analysis, and network security• Provided consultants with Department of Defense Secret-level clearances and the skill set

Quality Assurance and Testing Services to Amtrak

Business Challenge:• Implementation of several major projects (as part of the eTicketing program) required a dedicated

Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing team to lead the QA/Testing function• Lack of QA/Testing processes and templates slowed internal testing for several systems and projects

including Arrow Reservation Systems, Business System, Revenue Transaction Datastore System, Revenue and Ridership System, PAS/ALMS System, and other distribution and ticketing-related distribution channels.

DISYS’ Solution:• Provided the team lead and team currently performing QA and testing for the entire eTicketing program• Presented eTicketing Testing Approach to Amtrak’s Sr. Directors• Developed eTicketing Program Test Plan, Test Schedule, and Test Summary Report templates• Implemented a Test Case Review process using a new Test Case Review Approval Form• Instituted a new Test Execution Readiness process and checklist• Implemented a standard process communication channel via a “Daily Status Email”• Implemented a new Defect Management process using Quality Center’s Defect Management module• Mentored and coached Amtrak internal test team to enhance and improve testing process,

Systems Development for Reliant Energy

Business Challenge:• Automating the manual process used to structure and price complex energy/electricity deals for the

Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Retail business unit • Streamlining the structuring and pricing system by providing full web-based access to both complete

deals and minimize the risk inherent in Commercial Retail business

DISYS’ Solution:• Provided consultants with specialized skills and expertise in the Energy and similar industries• Oversaw requirements gathering, design, architecture, and development of the new system• Developed the Structuring Valuation Tool (SVT) to integrate with existing systems• Designed the GUI and logic and developed screen designs with the C&I Marketers with supporting Use

SAP Implementation Testing Services at PepsiCo

Business Challenge:• PepsiCo required testing services for their SAP implementation in support of their QuakerFoods business unit • The SAP modules involved included FICO, MM, SRM, CRM, SD, and PP, as well as several other PepsiCo

internal processesDISYS’ Solution:

• Provided system performance and regression/automation testing for mission-critical, tier-one business applications, including SAP releases of the Pepsi global integration project

• Managed the PepsiCo Performance and Automation Team’s daily delivery activities, determined the optimal use of the Accord Tool and managed the Accord project delivery, and developed the Automation and Performance Test Frameworks for PepsiCo for all application projects

• Provided technical expertise with Mercury Quality Center 9.2. and Mercury LoadRunner • Worked with the business to prioritize and rank defect severity • Utilized Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies, and applied CMMi Level 3 best practices for

verification and validation• Performed SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) compliance testing for financial applications

Results:• Based on successful performance, DISYS’ role on the project expanded to include leading

regression testing on major SAP releases, and testing some of PepsiCo’s core legacy applications and infrastructure

• Developed and built the new Automation Test Framework and Performance Test Framework adopted by PepsiCo’s Enterprise Test Center

• On-time and on-budget project completion with higher levels of efficiency and greater capabilities for the Enterprise Test Center
