Thoughts on MEMBERSHIP RETENTION….
FACTS ON RETENTION
1. The higher your retention rate,
the less you HAVE TO recruit.

high retention and high
recruitment.
QUESTION:
What is the most effective way to recruit more members?
ANSWER:
Retain your existing membership!!!
Thoughts on MEMBERSHIP RETENTION….
• Membership Interest Survey –
Form #1842
• Form #100 offers some
membership interest
questions…
• Candidate can complete when
they first join the Order
• Allows a more in-depth
understanding of their interests.
