PROVEN THOUSANDS OF TIMES
Press safety valves not only for presses. Regardless of whetherthey may be on large presses or in a fairground - press safetyvalves and safety valves from HERION Systemtechnik protectpeople from accidents that can cause the most serious injuries inaddition to protecting the mechanism. Up until now press safetyvalves have mainly been thought of as being used in connectionwith mechanical presses. As a safety element, the valve ensuresthat, in the event of breakdowns such as power failure, or if forone reason or another the valve spindle gets stuck, the machineis immediately stopped by the safe depressurization of the pressbrake. Whatever applies for press brakes can also be used for anyapplications, in which safety brakes are closed with spring powerand are opened with pneumatic or hydraulic pressure, whetherthey are on fairground rides, on cable cars or in process engineer-ing, etc.

productivity – safely. The self-monitoring double valves makeexternal monitoring components superfluous - this saves spaceand makes monitoring systems no longer current-dependent.In addition, time is saved when making exchanges thanks to thequick mounting on connecting plates and in this way any down-time of your machines is reduced. There are safety valves and solutions also to be found in mining in wind-ing towers. Further examples for the application of HERION Systemtech-nik safety valves are to be found in pneumatic and mechanical presses,fairground rides, cable cars, road vehicles, process engineering, ma-chinery and plant construction. Atexc solenoids for mining industry ap-plications on the ground are possible. Our valves can be utilised for SIL 3applications.

cisely and accurately comparedwith photo chemicals, wax modelsor other forms of 3D impressions.They also do not shrink or absorbany moisture. This saves time andmoney.

The development of a new product is one thing -
it being proven in the day-to-day application is another thing.
When developing and testing our products we have one aim beforeour eyes: This is to design and produce them in such a way that attheir expected loads they fulfil their tasks in a consistent and endur-ingly reliable manner. The Fellbach Testing Centre offers all of thepossibilities for a comprehensive testing and quality control of ourproducts. There is an extensive range of testing equipment availablein the test laboratories and a neutral team of experts that is discon-nected from the development departments. The available experi-ence and capability enables a rapid implementation of the testingrequirements, the planning of tailor-made test schedules, whichinclude taking into account the particular demands of the actualapplication and operating conditions found in individual industriesand in addition guarantees the neutrality and correctness of thetest results. We have available extensive experience for the area ofenvironmental simulation with the focus points being climate, tem-perature, temperature shock, corrosion, vibration and mechanicalimpact. A competence that is of benefit for our customers.
