Maple Bacon Burger 17An 8 oz. homemade burger, topped with cheddar, maple bacon and our Whiskysmoked barbecue sauce.
Goat Cheese Turkey Burger 188 oz. homemade ground turkey burger grilled to a juicy perfection and toppedwith our onion aioli, goat cheese, fresh green apple slices and baby spring mix.
Chicken Waffle Sandwich 18Marinated chicken breast coated in seasoned bread crumbs, flash fried andserved between two Belgium waffles. Finished with maple bacon, sliced greenapples and coffee whisky syrup.
Cajun Chicken Club 18Marinated Chicken breast, rubbed in our Cajun spices then blackened andbroiled. Served with maple bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic aioli, lettuce andtomato on a toasted bun.
Apple & Brie Chicken Panini Melt 18A fresh panini roll brushed with cinnamon butter, layered with chicken breast, briecheese, our home made chutney and fresh green apple slices.

Owner's of Wolfhead Distillery, Tom and Sue Manherz with Executive ChefLarry Girard found themselves inspired by the local history of rumrunning and Prohibition after establishing a third party bottling operationfor companies looking to produce small batch specialty lines. Theirinspiration soon developed into building a premium craft distillery.
A craftsman’s operation, Wolfhead Distillery incorporates the resourcesfound in its own backyard by producing unique flavors that push theboundaries of standard Canadian spirits. A distinct element is theneighboring Amherstburg quarry, the supplier of Limestone-treated waterused in the production of all Wolfhead spirits. Along with makingpremium spirits, Wolfhead also features a world-class restaurant and bar.
