Thinking about what you know about materials now, which materials seem to be the most common? Which materials are not used very often? Why do you think that is? Once you have stuck the materials in the right place you can colour them in!

Now that you have been practising mixing cool colours, I would like you to practise some painting techniques. Using the sheet attached that has been split in to 4 sections explore painting in different ways using these examples below:

• Brushing • Flicking • Dotting • Sponging • Dripping • Spreading

You could also use an old toothbrush to paint, cut a potato in half to print, use cue tips or use string to make different prints and patterns.
