Conclusion:
From the IFE matrix we can see that Mr. Cod is not showing good progress in maximizing use of internal strengths available to it and effectively minimizing the effects of the weaknesses prevailing. Consequently we can say that the company definitely has the potential to use its strengths and capabilities to avail opportunities available to the company and if combined with a successful strategy selection it can benefit from its strengths greatly and diminish its problems in an efficient manner.
