In using the OTSON DISK electrostatic spray equipment, the high revolution of DISK tends to
throw the paint away when the paint passes through the l ive DISK. In this case, the
expel l ing ef fect appears between the paint carry ing electrostat ic and the l ive part ic les
as to cause fur ther atomizat ion of paint and thus, forming much f iner th in fog. Due to
the occlusion of electrostat ic, the lost paints are sucked back to the workplace in
generat ing a k ind of surrounding electrostat ic ef fect and the over spraying phenomenon
is thus minimized. In this way, the machine has achieved the purpose of electrostat ic
spray.

The OTSON DISK electrostat ic spray system can signif icant ly improve the spraying
qual i ty and product ion whi le reducing the paint consumpt ion, the waste discharge
and the maintenance cost . Because of the highly atomized l ive paint grains, the
f i lm is uniformly and smoothly coated on the workplace which has reduced the

The Spray Direction of OTSON Twin-Turbine Rotary Atomizer
The OTSON Twin-Turbine Rotary Atomizer can rotate at speeds from
1,000 to 60,000 RPM which is capable of atomizing even the toughes
coatings into extremely fine particles to produce a high-quality finish.
The Turbine Atomizers fine atomization can provides uniform coating
thickness on all surfaces, and relatively reduce over spray and pain waste.
The quick-disconnect features of the turbine atomizer and the disks
allow for easy maintenance and reduced downtime.
The whole coating machine is fully automated which provides high
production rates and reduces labor cost.
