Memo :The danger of infection by Hdicobacter pylori, Mycobacterium, and others has been increased by use of endoscope. So far,it has been proposed by academic societies to use glutaraldehyde wilh 2o/o concentration for 3Ominutes of sterilization and thewhole sterilization process is supposed to take about 50 minutes. However, toxicity of glutaraldehyde has caused asthma, nasalirritation, rhinitis and conjunctivitis. In addition, a long-time consuming sterilization process is economically problematic andcauses damages to endoscope. Medilox developed by a brand-new technology features fast and perfect sterilization effect andthe whole sterilization process takes approximately 5 minutes. It also makes one to one use available between patients andendoscopy devices, which brings a great economical advantage.
