Aqua-Tuf
Combining the best of laminate with the best of vinyl, Aqua-Tuf is 100% waterproof and can be installed throughout the entire home, including wet areas such as kitchens and laundries. With its waterproof core and hardwearing textured surface layer, Aqua-Tuf looks and performs like a floating timber floor.
Aqua-Tuf’s colour range encompasses classic Australian timbers and authentic Oak stains, while the textured matte finish feels like real timber. Utilising cutting edge manufacturing technology, the surface layer of each board is finished with a protective film embossed with a textured grain, admired by architects and designers alike.
Aqua-Tuf’s rigid core hides imperfections in the surface underneath, and can be laid over most existing subfloors, including tiles, existing timber floors and concrete slabs. Designed as a floating floor system, additional cost can be saved as no glue is required during installation, while the waterproof core means no moisture barrier is required underneath. Aqua-Tuf features a pre-attached 1.5mm high density noise reduction foam underlay attached, allowing for quick and easy installation.

Unlike vinyl flooring, the Aqua-Tuf core is less susceptible to softening and expanding during hot spells, ensuring that the locking system will hold firm. The rigidity of Aqua-Tuf provides more stability, while looking as smooth and seamless as timber. Aqua-Tuf is quick, easy, and cost effective to install, and is even suitable for DIY.

Depending on various ambient conditions such as humidity, temperature, and moisture ingress, all varieties of flooring materials experience continuous expansion and contraction.
To avoid damage to the floor, expansion gaps must be left around the edges of rooms to accommodate this natural movement of the flooring.
Our T-Mouldings, Scotia and Stair Nosing are all designed to bridge this gap and provide a stylish finish to any flooring project.

Care & Maintenance
Caring for your Aqua-Tuf floor is easy. Vacuum or sweep the floor to remove dirt and debris, and use of a damp mop for regular cleaning is suitable. For preventative care, entrance mats and rugs in high wear areas should be considered, together with felt protectors for furniture and appliance legs.
