The AEG company was born in Germany in 1887. From

its earliest days, it pioneered the development of many of

the country’s most inventive electrical products - like the

standard light bulb, for instance.

The AEG philosophy was a simple one; everything it

Over the years, the range of AEG products evolved

panels and now, a new range of professional and industrial

printing equipment and supplies.

With over 125 years of world class engineering and support behind the AEG brand, you can be sure that all of our printers have been built to provide many years of faultless service.

We know that there’s only ever one chance to make a good first impression – which is why our launch series of combination roll-to-roll and flat-bed UV printers have not only been designed to impress, but also to help you to impress others!

Voyager

Available in 1650 mm and 2200 mm editions, the AEG Voyager is a highly-scalable print solution offering a reliable, upper entry-level UV-curing printer.

Whereas the Voyager 1650 can print on rigid materials up to 10mm in thickness, the Voyager 2200 features an upgraded dual media transportation system, and is able to print edge-to-edge on all four sides of rigid media up to 50mm in thickness.

Built for the journey, the AEG Voyager is fully field-upgradeable, Customers can therefore start with a basic CMYK configuration and later benefit from an on-site upgrade at only a fraction of the cost of a new printer.

Voyager Pro

The AEG Voyager Pro can be purchased in both 2050 mm and 3200 mm editions.

With a print resolution of up to 720 x 2880 dpi, four levels of variable drop size beween 0 and 18 pl, and print speeds of up to 70 square meters per hour, this sturdy, high-end Voyager Pro is perfect for customers who need robust roll-to-roll and flatbed performance, for printing on to rigid materials up to 50mm in thickness.

Fully field-upgradeable and with the option to extend the ink set by including light colours, orange and green, or violet and red, this is an ideal choice for those who require an extended colour gamut.

With the addition of white and metallic ink, this is a serious printer you can count on to deliver a consistent, high quality print performance, making this a well suited printer for all graphics applications.

Symphony UV Curable Ink

With a wider range of process colours available to provide an extended colour gamut and smooth light shades, our Symphony range of UV-curable inks have been developed for use exclusively in the AEG Voyager family of printers.

Our white ink allows for printing on a wide range of transparent, coloured and textured substrates, whilst our metallic ink enables accurate reproduction of a wide range of shades from the Pantone metallic colour library.

Our enhanced-adhesion inkset is also available, and has been especially formulated for printing on tougher substrates such as ABS, acry l ic , d i -bond, plexiglass and polycarbonate, whilst also retaining excellent print performance on roll-based media. With a pre-treatment, it also performs well on glass, polyethylene and polypropylene substrates.

Symphony inks are available in Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, Orange, Green, Red, Violet, White and Metallic.

Ensemble Solvent Ink

Our extensive range of solvent-based inks for the most popular, wide-format printers are all developed to be as mild and as environmentally friendly as poss ib le , without compromising on quality.

Colour and performance matched to OEM ink formulations, our Ensemble range of solvent-based inks allows you to utilise your existing colour profiles and are gentle on your print heads, helping to ensure the long life of your printer.

Customers who use our Ensemble inks can also benefit from an AEG warranty cover on their printer, for added peace of mind and reassurance (see ‘Ensemble Warranties’ for more information).

Ensemble inks are available in Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Light Cyan and Light Magenta, and are suitable for use in a wide range of HP, Mimaki, Mutoh, Roland and Seiko wide-format printers and other solvent-based printers using Epson DX4 and DX5 print heads.

Diamond

Strong like a diamond, this special paper-film blend is tear resistent and water impermeable. A thin layer of film held between two sheets of premium paper, this carefully engineered tri-laminate product combines the durability of film with the print and fold capabilities of paper. Diamond thus enjoys a wide application area, from tourist guides and travel maps, to official documents and ID cards.

Our Diamond range is a truly timeless collection; after all, diamonds are forever, and all Diamond papers provide effective time-proofing, protecting your valuable prints against wear and tear. Suitable for conventional and digital printing, including laser.

Diamond Frost

Combining the advantages of Diamond paper with an added touch of frost, this paper features a classy, semi-transparent appearance whilst maintaining its Diamond-like durability.

Perfect for cover sheets, gift bags, elegant wrapping, promotional material and more traditional uses like business cards, Diamond Frost is a creative solution with a real ‘wow’ factor.

Diamond Rain

Just like Diamond, with enhanced water / weather resistance, this is the ideal choice for print jobs which need the printability of paper, but are more likely to get caught out in the rain!

This media is ideally suited to outdoor maps, technical drawings, paper tickets, and other types of output where enhanced wet strength is a priority.

and backlit displays. This paper’s low absorption rate also means that you can produce excellent results with lower ink usage.

PREMIUM PANELS

Our rigid, aluminium composite panels have been carefully engineered to remain light-weight, whilst also offering exceptionally flat print surfaces and special coatings to enhance print performance, resulting in excellent colour reproduction and ink adhesion. These composite panels are also suitable for screen printing and lamination.

Incredibly versatile, our composite panels have a thickness of 2mm, 3mm or 4mm and consist of a PE core encased in coated aluminium sheets.

They are ideal for a wide range of indoor applications, from interior decoration to high-visibility signage, and can also be used to create vivid exhibition displays, internal partitioning and false ceilings.

The enhanced grade, with thicker aluminum sheeting, is designed for applications where bending, folding or routing is required.

Our premium panels are available in white, black, silver or natural aluminium colours.

Voyager Warranties

All purchases of a Voyager or Voyager Pro printer come with a robust 12-month on-site warranty, which can be extended to up to three years for added comfort.

We understand the significant costs to your business and inconvenience of your printing equipment not working. Our warranty cover has thus been designed to provide a rapid response and quick resolution in the event of a breakdown.

Our breakdown warranties are highly-competitive, and typically guarantee an on-site response (within the country of purchase only) within one working day of first reporting a breakdown, although every effort will be made to resolve faults remotely beforehand.

For total peace of mind, in a breakdown scenario, our warranty will cover all parts and labour necessary for the diagnosis and repair of any problems encountered.

Ensemble Warranties

In addition to our shelf-life guarantee (at least 12 months) – we are pleased to be able to offer customers of our Ensemble solvent-based Premium Inks the same level of optional breakdown warranty cover on their printers as we offer to AEG Voyager and Voyager Pro customers.

Available for a fixed annual premium, our Ensemble warranty programme really puts the needs of our customers first, providing full breakdown cover for a range of the most popular wide-format solvent printers in the market.

Our customers are therefore able to consolidate their purchasing and warranty support from a single, trusted supplier, secure in the knowledge that they will be well looked after if their printer breaks down.
