Among dishes that served at the Asian Cuisine Buffet Dinner are the mouth watering ‘’Kue Pai Ti’’ a Chinese dish. It had cone that made from deep fried dumpling skin and filled with young bamboo shoot,shrimp ,then mixed with soy sauce. A unique combination indeed !

Next, it was ‘’Slices Pork ‘’that served with hoisin sauce. Specialed sliced by the chef himself.The succulent meat was too irresistible to beignored.Also, the ‘’Meat Ball Soup Noodle’’ that

is the famous food in Indonesia, howeverthe one that he made was really delicious.Guests were able to choose for any topping they like.

Furthermore, the most loved Indonesiancuisine that is hard to be missed was ‘’Rendang’’. He cooked the beef with coconut milk for three hours patientlyto make sure the meat tender. Located within the extraordinary venue of Nusa Dua Area, Musashi Restaurant, serves Yakiniku and Japanese fusion cuisine. The newly opened at Three years ago, 23th September 2009 on Jalan Terompong near the St.Regis Bali Resort.

We come for lunch, and take shelter from the heat in the air cooled interior. Furnishings are Japanese Style, actually table are imported from Japan , the terrace with the bar is a good spot to enjoy cooler evenings. With a spacious interior concept and luxurious, with pillars made of one solid piece of wood, Icon of samurai armor is also in the front of main entrance door. Musashi also has a the seats and table seating looks like tatami room in Japan, take off your shoes seating for those of you who want to relax, and simply sit on one of the bar stools in the sushi bar and watch the chefs at work.

Our meal started with Yakiniku. You can find other Yakiniku Restaurant in Bali, but here you didn’t ever find the taste like this. For the meat, Musashi only used US Beef. Its so soft and juicyin your mouth. Its perfect with Japanese Sake.

Thereafter i am also trying the Jempiring favourite salad, Classic Grilled Prawns, Pomelo, Red Cabbage ,Salad & Spicy Dressing. Its perfect match between Grilled Prawns and pomelo with the spicy dressing.

The Dessert menu is rather appealing, with cakes, ice cream dishes, but we eventually decide on the Molten Chocolate Suprice which are simply delicious, with a crispy and soft texture warm chocolate cake will be melted chocolate bursting out when it is cut with a spoon.

Strawberry sauce and small a cup of strawberry ice cream makes the flavor perfect. I recommended that you must try them.

At Jempiring restaurant also has made its own patisserie, a standard price, but taste is not inferior to 5-star hotel patisserie. Bali is not complete without experiencing Jempiring restaurant’s magic.
