What is a DISCOVER Assessment o behaviour?The DISCOVER Assessment behaviour is an online assessment that gives you insights on yournatural and adapted behavioural styles, or HOW you do things.
The DISCOVER Assessment o behaviour describes the ourbehavioural “styles” below:
� D – Dominance – How you respond to problems and challenges � I – Inuence – How you inuence others to his or her point o view � S – Steadiness – How you respond to the pace o the environment

C – Compliance – How you respond to rules and procedures set by others
What is a DISCOVER Assessment o behaviour used or?Typically, a standard DISCOVER Assessment o behaviour is used:
� To give you greater awareness o your own natural behavioural style � To describe your own adapted behavioural style or how you react to your environment � To give you insights on how to better communicate with people around you
I you are a coach, you can also use the DISCOVER Assessment o behaviour to coachindividuals.
In a team setting, i all team members complete their DISCOVER Assessment o behaviour, thisassessment can even be used to improve the working dynamics o a team.
