A Typical Day!

• Wake up – 6.00am

• Breakfast (bags packed) – 6.30am

•Warm up and stretches

•Briefing and depart – 7.00am

• Breaks, lunch, and regroups

• Evening Camp

• Dinner – 7.00pm

• Evening briefing – After dinner


Day 1: Leave UK – Lima, Peru


•Dept Heathrow 15.30 or 17.10, via Madrid,

arrive Lima 05.45 next day

Day 2: Arrive Cusco


•Arrive Cusco 09.25 – time to acclimatise

Day 3: Acclimatisation Day
