IMPORTA NT NOTE It is presently the intention of Mirvac that Ascot Green will be a multi stage development. It is anticipated that the lot will form part of the community titles scheme known as “Ascot House and Tulloch House” which is intended to be carried out in 2 stages. Stage 1 is Ascot House and the proposed stage 2 is Tulloch House. The swimming pool and gymnasium for Ascot House will be part of the common property and shared with the future Tulloch House. Buyers in Ascot House should be aware however that Tulloch House is a separate stage and may or may not proceed in the future. If Tulloch House does not proceed, certain facilities such as the pool and gymnasium may not proceed as it is anticipated that they will be constructed as part of Stage 2.
