In ali the aborie cases mention Atty. Plaridel Nava was my lawyer.It clearly appears in the aforesaid petition that my own lawyer Atty. Plaridel Navawas also handling "ur., filed against me and who is itill my counsel, had used in theafbresaid criminal. cases the affidavits of the complainants in those criminal cases against*. fo, purposes of obtaining a unfavorable judgment against me and against my interest

before a court in said civil case. Enclosed as,4NNEX uC' is my answer filed in the saidCivil iase No. l1-31i95. On the same date October 14,2011 my wife also abandonedour home.In the aforesaid answer I had stated that Atty. Plaridel Nava had an adulterousrelationship with my wifei, Annal;rn Hierro and out of this relationship a daughter rvasborn named Princes.s Anne Hierro on October 7, 2010 mentioned in paragraph 3 of the

aforesaid petition of Annalyn Hierro represented by Atty. Plaridel Nava..Likewise enclosed as ANNEX '?" is the transcript of stenographic notes in the

aforesaid Civil Case, wherein I revealed under oath before the court the said relationshipof Atty. Plaridel Nava and my wife Annalyn Hierro.After the hling of the petition against me and without my consent. Atty' PiaridelNava withdrew his appearance and abandoned me in Criminal Case No. 5-799-09 for
