Disappearing Words

Shuffle cards (I use the word cards I have the kids work with at the week and simply print off several extra copies) and put face down between the players. Player 1 picks a card and looks at the word. They must say the word and use it in a sentence. If they are correct, they may place the card face down over the word on their game sheet and make the word “disappear”. If they are incorrect, they must put the word card back into the deck under the bottom of the cards that remain. They lose their turn. Play continues to the next player. If a player chooses a card that they have already checked off their list, they must place the card back into the deck under the bottom of the cards that remain. Play continues to the next player. Winner is the player to get the most words check off their list at the end of the time.
