Subject :- Invitation for UNMOC/UNPOC Course
PMI to UN vide their E/Fax No. 136 dated 17 th March, 2015 [copy enclosed] has intimated that the Permanent Mission of Republic of Croatia is organizing a three week UNMOC (United Nations Military Observer Course) and UNPOC (United Nations Protection of Civilians) course which will take place from 04 th to 24th May 2015 in Zagreb, Croatia for lady police officers.
2. The course will be held in English without translation. All costs of transportation and accommodation (including meals) will be covered by the Republic of Croatia.
3. It is requested that nomination of One eligible and willing lady police officer of the rank of SP or equivalent along with Personal History Profile-Annexure-1 and persona details as per Annexure - II may be forwarded to this Ministry latest by 03 rd April 2015. The nominated officers may be advised to send their Personal History Profile through electronic mail at e-mail address ([email protected] or sgprna@nic in)
4. It may please be ensured that the nominees are clear from Vigilance angle.

The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Croatia to the United Nations presents its compliments to the Permanent Mission of India to the United Nations and has the honor to inform that the Republic of Croatia is organizing a three week UNMOC/UNPOC course which will take place from 4 th to 24 of May 2015 in Zagreb, Croatia.
The program of the course is attached herewith;
In support of the efforts to increase female representation in the UN missions, especially in the police contingents, Croatia is pleased to invite your Government to nominate up to two female police officers as candidates to attend the course.
The deadline for sending the nominations is '7 th April 2015. The names and contact details of the candidates should be sent by email to [email protected] or by telephone (tel. +385 1 48 96 391).
The course will be held in English without translation. All costs of transport and accommodation (including meals) will be covered by the Republic of Croatia.
Once the candidates for the course are selected they will be contacted and further details - will be sent to them regarding administrative arrangements for their participation.
