Directions to Hotel Sabocos

from pau airport - 2 hours1.On leaving the airport, at the first roundabout take the 2nd exit (D716) signed for Pau, Bordeaux and the A64. At the second roundabout

take the 1st exit (D289) signed for Saragosse and Bayonne, at the third roundabout keep straight ahead and pass over the A64 motorway.At the fourth roundabout (5km from the airport) take the 1st exit signed for Saragosse (D817) to join the Pau ring road (whose routearound Pau is identified by small yellow Rocade signs).

2.Follow the Rocade signs in the directions of Saragosse, over numerous roundabouts until (13km after joining the Rocade) you reach alarge roundabout where you take the 1st exit (N134) signed for Saragosse.

3.Follow the N134, keeping straight ahead at the first roundabout (signed for Saragosse). At the second roundabout (6km after joining theN134) take the 3rd exit (D934) signed for Arudy and Laruns. Pass through the villages of Rebénacq and Louvie-Juzon and continue untilthe village of Laruns (30km after joining the D934).

4. From Laruns continue along the D934, following signs for Espagne and the Col du Pourtalet, and climb into the mountains, passingthrough the small villages of Eaux-Chaudes and Gabas. Eventually you will reach the Col du Pourtalet which forms the French/Spanishborder (30km from Laruns). Welcome to Spain!

5. Now continue south on the A136 and after passing through a small tunnel and the village of Escarrilla take the next turning left (19kmfrom the border) for Panticosa. Directions to Hotel Sabocos are found on page 27.

from tarbes/lourdes airport - 2¼ hours1.On leaving the airport, follow signs for Lourdes.2. As you enter Lourdes (on the N21) you will pass a supermarket (E.Leclerc) on your right hand side. At the next roundabout take the first

exit signed for Pau (D914). After 1km, at a set of traffic lights, keep in the right hand lane and follow the D914/D940 towards Pau. Afterapproximately 2km, take a left turn (D937), signed for Bétharram (14km from Lourdes). Approximately 2km after passing through LestelleBétharram, take a left turn (D35) signed for Laruns.

3. In Louvie Juzon (22km after joining the D35) turn left onto the D934 and follow the signs to Laurns (12km from Louvie Juzon).4.Now follow directions 4-5 ‘from Pau Airport’ above.

from zaragoza airport - 2 hours1.Take the N-125 towards Zaragoza, join the A-2 heading north around the city and then branch off north on the A-23 towards Huesca

(82km from the airport). Stay on the A-23 (which soon becomes the N-330) towards Sabiñanigo (53km from Huesca). Leave the N-330and join the N-260, heading towards Biescas (15km from Sabiñanigo), then at Biescas continue north on the A-136 and after theEmbalse de Bubal take the right turning for Panticosa (13km from Biescas).

from toulouse airport - 3¾ hours1.In summary, you need to make your way to the A64 motorway (peage/toll road). To do this, follow the blue signs for Tolouse along the

A621 and D901, and then then keep left to follow the blue signs for the A61/A62 and join the A624. After 2km keep right and follow signsfor the A61 Foix/Tarbes and join the A620. After 4km stay right to join the A64 signed for Tarbes/Lourdes (in 8km you will pass througha toll booth - toll approximately €2).

2.Stay on the A64, exiting either:- after 150km at Junction 12, (Tarbes and Lourdes) (toll approx. €7) to take the direct route on minor roads to Panticosa. Follow signs to

Lourdes (N21), once in Lourdes (16km from the A64) follow directions 2-5 ‘from Tarbes/Lourdes Airport’ on page 26; or- after 170km at Junction 11 (Soumoulou and Pau-Est) (toll approx. €9) to take the slightly longer route to Panticosa, continue with thedirections below:

3.Follow the signs for Pau (N117). At the first major roundabout (9km from the A64), take the last exit (D938) - this is the Pau ring road(whose route around Pau is identified by small yellow Rocade signs). Follow the Rocade signs over numerous roundabouts until (8km after

joining the Rocade) you eventually reach a T junction (where you turn left - still on the Rocade). After 200m you will reach a largeroundabout where you go straight on by taking the 3rd exit (N134) signed for Saragosse.

3.Now follow directions 3-5 ‘from Pau Airport’ on page 26.

how to find hotel sabocos in panticosa - situated near to the cable car station on the south side of the village. 1.Upon leaving the main Valle de Tena road (A136) at the Panticosa junction, after 1.5km you will pass a right turn to El Pueyo de Jaca. 1km

further on you will reach a roundabout (the centre-piece of which is a large ironwork sculpture), take the first right here and follow thisroad for 1km down to a large parking area for the cable car.

2.Keeping the shops, bars and cafes on your left, exit the parking area at the far end and take the first road left (doubling back on yourself)down a small road to Hotel Sabocos and its car park.
