Degree granted by AU/CSPP

May choose:

1) California School of Professional

Psychology Diploma

OR

2) Alliant International University Diploma

recommendation of the faculty of California

School of Professional Psychology”

Student who was enrolled at USIU, AU/CSPP or AIU in Fall Quarter/Semester 2001 or earlier and whose degree award date is between July 1, 2001 and: June 30, 2006 (for

undergraduate and

masters degrees)

June 30, 2008 (for

doctoral degrees)

Formerly USIU student

May choose:

1) United States International University

Diploma

OR

2) Alliant International University Diploma

including statement “upon the

recommendation of the faculty of School/

College” (e.g., College of Arts & Sciences,

California School of Professional

Psychology, Graduate School of Education,

etc.) to which degree program belongs.

Formerly AU/CSPP student

May choose:

1) California School of Professional

Psychology Diploma

OR

2) Alliant International University Diploma

including statement "upon therecommendation of the faculty of School/College” (e.g., College of Arts & Sciences,California School of ProfessionalPsychology, Graduate School of Education,etc.) to which degree program belongs.

Student whose degree

award date is prior to

July 1, 2001. Student has

received a diploma and

wishes to order a reissued

diploma with the

university’s new name.

The previous diploma

must be turned in at the

time the reissued diploma

is ordered.

Alliant International University Diploma including statement “upon the recommendation of

the faculty of School/College” (e.g., College of Arts & Sciences, California School of

Professional Psychology, Graduate School of Education, etc.) to which the degree program

belongs .

Name change process for

all Alliant alumni.

If a student would like to change the name that was listed on their original diploma to their

new or current name, the student must provide valid identification of the current legal name.

The diploma reorder form must be completed and turned into the Registrar’s Office with

the appropriate fee.Reissued diplomas will have a notation of:

Diploma reissued (date)

Replacement diplomas will have a notation of:

Replacement diploma issued (date)
