}  Providing services to drug addicts and their families since 1989, KETHEA PAREMVASI aims at its members detoxification, education and social rehabilitation. 

}  The services are free of charge, attendance is voluntary and no substitutes are administered.

Therefore, through interventions: §  members are encouraged to become more active §  to improve their skills §  to gain control of problematic circumstances §  to make decisions and get involved in problem solving

individually and in groups §  as well as to do things that promote their quality of

life in general. The role of the therapist focuses on encouraging, enabling and helping members to achieve their goals.

Empowerment is based on the idea that giving

skills, resources, authority, opportunity, motivation to individuals, as well as holding them responsible and accountable for the

outcomes of their actions, will contribute to their competence and satisfaction.
