Features & Technical Data Pave nano NANO-POLYMER JOINT STABILIZER & SEALER NanoPave® Joint Stabilizer & Sealer is used to stabilize the joints of pavers, bricks and concrete as well as seal & protect the top surface of these products. NanoPave® was developed in 2010 with a breakthrough in nano-polymer research. The result is a stronger, longer lasting joint and sealed surfaces. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove all dirt and loose debris from the paving surface. A leaf blower works best 2. Sweep properly graded jointing material into joints and fill to 1/8” below paver surface (ask your NanoPave dealer for available options) 3. Remove all loose jointing sand/screenings from the surface of the paver before applying NanoPave 4. Apply a flood coat of NanoPave liquid with a hand-pump or low pres- sure sprayer(15-20 psi) at recommended application rates 5. Using a foam rubber squeegee to remove access NanoPave from the surface, pushing the sealer into sand joints as well as covering the surface of the pavers for an even look 6. AVAILABLE IN: • One gallon bottles • Five gallon pails • 55 gallon drums Tips: Sealer is best applied in the morning hours Ideal temperature of 50-90 degrees during installation Do not apply if rain is expected within 12 hours. Paving surface may slightly darken after NanoPave liquid has been applied.
