COMMUNICATIONS STUDY ABROAD IN KOREA DIMA Dong-Ah (East Asia) Institute of Media & Arts DIMA is a state of the art communications oriented college in South Korea. It’s located in Anseong, which is just 40 minutes from beautiful Seoul. South Korea is a culturally rich, very technologically advanced country with very friendly people…and they love Americans. Required & collateral courses are offered including: Video Field Production, Video/Editing Post Production, Audio Production, Media Ethics, Photography, PR Writing, International PR, Research Methods, and others. All courses are in English! International Internship: All students receive an international internship, which meets the communication internship requirements. Living arrangements: Students live in dormitories and are assigned a roommate/”buddy” that speaks English. Both Korean and American meals are served in the cafeteria, and food is also available from the many restaurants around the campus and at the 7/11 and coffee shop on campus. Costs To Attend: o CSUF Tuition (12+ credits) o $4200 Room & Board for 1 term o $1000 for Airfare Advantages: o Complete required courses & collaterals while having a once in a lifetime experience. o CSUF credit You register at CSUF and receive credit from CSUF. o Financial Aid: Still qualify for financial aid which may be increased for study abroad.
