Sub.:Warning Letter for not returning of Companys assetsDear Ms.
Virk,It is hereby brought to your notice that the management has
taken a serious note of not handing over to the Company its assets
and have decided to strictly pursue this default.
During the course of your employment you have been provided the
items mentioned hereinbelow and there is no record of you returning
the same at the time of tendering your resignation from the
position of Senior Manager Sales:1. Laptop (Sony White Colour Model
No.: SVF142c1ww)1. Wireless Mouse1. Dongle (Airtel)1. Company SIM
Card (Airtel)
You have not only breached your obligations to the Company but
have also committed a criminal offence. Furthermore, you have
failed to reply to various communications by the Company in this
regard. Please be informed that Companys policies and rules are
extremely stringent in this regard. We have noted that you have
wilfully not handed over the assets of the Company.
Please note that you have caused wrongful gain to yourself by
not handing over the aforesaid Companys assets. In view of your
deliberate omission in handing over the aforesaid Companys assets,
we have been constrained to issue the present notice upon you. As a
goodwill gesture, we are granting you one more opportunity to you
to handover the aforesaid Companys assets to Mr. Anil Kumar our
representative.
Therefore, consider this as a final demand and warning from the
Company and duly handover the aforesaid Companys assets to Mr. Anil
Kumar representative of the Company. Please be warned, that should
you fail to handover the assets of the Company, the Company shall
initiate appropriate civil and criminal actions against you which
shall be at your own risks, costs and consequences.We hope that you
will comply with the requisitions contained in this notice and will
not force us to initiate appropriate legal actions against you.
