    Firstly, let me thank you for the opportunity presented to me to meet with you and discuss the

    possibility of importing the Dilmah brand into the Philippines.

    As discussed, I have recently registered a company in the Philippines through which I intend to import

    products such as yours and distribute these products to the more prominent supermarket chains, with

    whom I have a very cordial relationship.

    At our meeting on 10/06/2011 you requested me to articulate my future plans and forward them to you

    in order for you to assess my suitability to be appointed as a Dilmah distributor.

    Please find attached a basic plan for the manner in which I hope to commence and continue my

    business activities over the next few years.

    Should the plans described therein be acceptable to your organization, I would be obliged to present

    you with a detailed plan for my future operations.
