It is with deep sense of humility that we give thanks to our Lord, the Almighty Allah for His bounties in the previous years despite growing difculties in

ensuring that we give the very best services to our clients at a reasonable rate compared to what is obtainable with other tour service providers in the industry.

Thus, it will not be out of modesty therefore. If we categorically say that those that were opportune to travel through our company have recorded successful outings both in Umrah and Hajj in the previous years we hope that, we shall record more success in 2014 as we unveil our new packages for our clients at a reasonable rate thereby getting both spiritual satisfaction and worth of the fare.

These Umrah and Ramadan, it may interest you to note that we have planned for another refreshing experience. The hotels we are using in both Madina and Makkah are within the precinct of Haram so that our clients can get the spiritual experience they need at ease despite the demolition exercise going on now. We are using the Egypt Air from Abuja or Ethiopian, BA or KLM Airlines based on the choice of our clients. However, arrangement has also been made for those other clients that may whish to use other airlines such as Emirates and Qatar out of Lagos or Max Air, Saudi Air, Sudan Air, etc out of Kano and Minna International Airport.

Our aim in all of the above has always been to give our clients the best, no matter what. Our philosophy is to remove all the hassle and problems the pilgrims may face so that they can concentrate on the Spiritual journey that brings them to the Holy Land.

As is the case with Umrah and Hajj, you may further wish to note that there are some things that are not in our control and which are mentioned in details in our T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N O F SERVICE/AGREEMENT at inside back cover. We urge you to read, so that you have a memorable Umarh and Hajj devoid of any hassle.

Kindly ll our forms and sign our agreement to ensure that we capture your details correctly so that you are not short changed either. Thus, it is in your own interest to read the terms and conditions, please.

Above all, we urge our clients to be of good conduct; as good conduct and piety are closest to Iman. Our clients are to listen to us and work with the instructions given to them so as to have smooth operations.

Meanwhile, we want to use this medium to thank all our numerous clients without whom all the successes cannot be recorded or achieved. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OF SERVICE

1. Dija travel wouldn't accept liabilities, if not responsible for any sort or inconvenience for the

Pilgrim provided the negligence was not the fault of Dija Travels & Tours Ltd and it’s staffs.

2. Where any default is proven to be the fault of our staff, the extent of our liability is refund of the

principal sum paid to us less 10% administrative charge.

3. Any complete refund mentioned on the brochure is understood to mean the total amount paid less

a 10% administrative charge

4. Any ticket refund is handed by the Airline; Dija does not pay refund on tickets until the Airline

Pays.

5. There is no refund on group tickets unless the trip was aborted through Dija Travels fault.

6. The special VIP hotel mentioned in the brochure may change without prior notication to the

pilgrim; where this happens, a hotel of similar standard shall be provided.

7. Dija Travels reserves the right to alter its travel dates and check in date where it deems such an

action to be in the best interest of the pilgrims. This shall be done without prior notication.

8. Dija Travels staffers are not porters and should not be looked upon, therefore, to carry luggage for

any pilgrim.

9. All information in the brochure is correct as at the time of going to press. Any alteration resulting

from events or polices not within our control thereafter shall not be blamed on Dija Travels and

does not attract any refund unless in the unlikely event of not providing alternative situation

10. Where the government of Nigeria, Egyptian, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia or any transit country refuse

any pilgrim entry due to a Visa or International passport, the affected pilgrim will not be refunded

in part or in full by Dija Travels.

11. An abrupt change of mind resulting in the cancellation of any trip less than six weeks to the

departure date will not attract a refund

12. Delays in getting visas from the Saudi Embassy in Nigeria, which can cause a delay in ight date

or time is not Dija Travels Fault and will not attract any refund.

13. All service fees in Saudi Arabia are paid way ahead of the Pilgrims' arrival and the service

providers do not refund them; Dija Travels shall only honour any refund claim where it was

faulty.

14. Please do not pay into our accounts until we have cleared you. Therefore. Contact us before

making a payment.

15. All dates are subject to moon sighting in Saudi Arabia. Where the dates do not exactly tally with

ours, please know that we have no control over this

16. In Hajj, Dija Travels is not responsible for any delay in sorting out passports of those who

traveled on their own dates other than our group date when leaving Madina.

17. Failure to read these terms and conditions is not an excuse to demand a refund. Please nd

time to read it and our agreement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PILGRIMS OF

DIJA TRAVELS AND THE SAUDI AUTHORITY

VISA POLICY

1. All Passports must be in our ofce latest by the th30 May - 10th June 2014 for Ramaden/Umrah

stand latest by the 31 August, for Hajj 2014

2. All payments are to be made into the designated bank (s) at back page in favour of Dija Travels and Tours Ltd. Our staffers do not collect cash, please.

3. Ascertain that your international Passports are correct, up to date and without any hindering documents for your Umrah/Hajj trip like an Isreali Visa.

4. Please complete all payments before all Travel documents are presented to you. Under no circumstance will a pilgrim get travel documents without complete payments.

5. Dija Travels reserves the right to refuse service to a paying pilgrim who behaves in a manner that is adjudged, rude and uncivil toward other pilgrims and Dija Staffers.

6. Dija Travels reserves the right to increase the price of its package and where this happens, you will be duly notied.

7. Kindly ensure that you get an ofcial Dija receipt for every payment you made from the account section.

8. Kindly ensure that you use your Pilgrims ID Card accordingly.

9. Kindly check out when it is time to do so. As any extra you consume in the Hotels beyond the stipulated days to be spent in the Hotels are your responsibility, not that of Dija Travels

10. Our Ziyaarah will be done two days before leaving Madeenah. Kindly take note.

11. Kindly purchase your own Ihraam dress and keep your valuables well. Dija Travels is not responsibility for any lost items unless it was in the exclusive custody of our staff.

12. In Hajj Pilgrims will have category A, B or C Tent in Muna and Arafat as the case may be based on payments of choice of tents.

13. All visitors to Umrah or Hajj are expected to depart the Kingdom before the expiration of the date on their Visa.

14. Kindly note that there is penalty of SR10,000 or US2, 667 dollars or Six Months imprisonment for any defaulters/absonters arising from not leaving Saudi Arabia on the expiration of your Visa.

15. Anyone entering the kingdom of Saudi Arabia must abide by the their law as well as dress code especially for women in Saudi Arabia as ignorance of the law is no excuse.

16. Compliance must also be adhered to health regulations.

17. Above all, kindly ensure that you have a valid Visa with Six months validity before expiration.

18. Therefore in processing for Umrah/Hajj visa, ensure that you maintain a valid yellow card.

ija Travels and Tours Limited, among other credible Tour Operators was Dinvited by the Niger State Tourism Corporation for partnership in tackling

prevailing challenges bedeviling international Hajj/Umrah activities in the

state and country at large. To this effect, Dija Travels established the best and most

befiting branch at the state capital, located at No. 10, Maiduguri Road, off

zarumai/okada road Minna and installed state-of-the-art facilities. The office has

since commenced the registration of intending pilgrims for the 2014 Umrah/Hajj

operation and is planning to airlift them at the Minna international airport among

other solutions agreed upon.
