Service Centres built in Rockhampton, Perth Airport, and Tonsley Technology
Precinct in South Australia.

Jeff Connolly is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Siemens group in
the Australia Pacific region, the first Australian to hold this position since 1984.
He reports directly to the Siemens AG Managing Board.
Jeff's 30-year career in Siemens has given him direct involvement in all areas of
the Siemens portfolio as well as broad intercultural business experiences
throughout Australia, Europe and Asia; most significantly he has lived and
worked in China for a total of seven years. Between 2009 and 2012 he was CFO
of Siemens North East Asia based in Beijing and responsible for more than 80
manufacturing companies, employing approx 40,000 people, generating a
turnover of approximately A$9 billion.
Originally from Melbourne, Jeff is a graduate of Melbourne University, and has
completed the general management program of Duke University USA. He is
member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, National Trustee of
CEDA, founding member of the Australian Advanced Manufacturing Council,
President of the Ai Group Victoria and National Vice President (Victoria) to the Ai
Group National Council, Director of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry
and Commerce, member of the Victorian Government Future Industries
Ministerial Advisory Council, Director of the European Australian Business
Council, member of the Business Council of Australia, member of the Prime
Minister/Chancellor German-Australian Bilateral Advisory Group, Chairman of
the Prime Minister’s Industry 4.0 Task Force, Director of the Sunshine Coast
University Hospital PPP, and Director of the New Bendigo Hospital PPP.
Siemens has been active in the Pacific region for over 140 years. The Siemens
Group has interests in turnover in the region of approximately A$2 billion and

Michelle Radley

Michelle Radley is the Manager, Technology Integration for Rio Tinto’s Iron Ore
operations. In this role, Michelle works closely with her stakeholders in the
Pilbara to shape and deliver technology solutions to support and add value to
Rio Tinto’s operations in Western Australia.
Prior to joining Rio Tinto, Michelle had a successful career in the accounting and
finance sector. She first branched into mining in 2008 when she joined Rio Tinto
Iron Ore as the Joint Venture Manager for the Hope Downs project. Since then,
Michelle has held a number of management and leadership positions and has
successfully worked in both corporate and operations settings.
Michelle has deep expertise in developing technology and automation strategy
for operations and is passionate about improving people performance,
processes and technology to enable an intelligent, fully integrated mining and
logistics supply chain. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in
Accounting from Curtin University.

John Welborn is the Managing Director and CEO of Resolute Mining Limited.
Since joining Resolute in 2015, he has led a dynamic period of transformation
and value creation at the experienced Australian and African gold miner. An
experienced CEO with a strong record of accomplishment in the development
of African resource projects, John has defined an ambition for Resolute to
become a leading global gold mining company. A former successful investment
banker, international rugby player, and senior resource company executive,
John has attracted a high quality management team to Resolute and focused
the Company on balance sheet strength, operational excellence, and the
creation of value.
Mr Welborn is a champion for responsible and sustainable mining development
in West and Central Africa and was named by MiningMx as one of the 100 Most
Influential People in Africa’s Mining Industry.
John is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the
University of Western Australia, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in Australia. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of
Management, and a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy,
and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He is a Director of the World Gold Council, a Director of the Australia-Africa
Minerals and Energy Group, and is Non-Executive Chairman of Orbital
Corporation Limited (ASX:OEC), and holds non-executive directorships with
Equatorial Resources Limited (ASX:EQX) and Kilo Goldmines Limited (TSX-
V:KGL).

Innes Willox is Chief Executive of the Australian Industry Group, a leading
industry organisation representing businesses in a broad range of sectors
including manufacturing, construction, transport, defence, ICT and labour hire.
Innes was appointed Chief Executive in May 2012.
His current appointments include:

Innes served as the Australian Consul General to Los Angeles from 2006 to
2008, where he represented wide-ranging Australian interests on the west coast
of the United States, including in the areas of trade, finance, culture, bio-
technology, environment and energy sectors.
He was Chief of Staff to the Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs, Alexander
Downer, from 2004 to 2006.
Earlier, Innes held a number of private sector and government positions including
Manager of Global Public Affairs for Singapore Airlines based in Singapore
(2000-04).
Innes began his working career as a journalist. His positions included Chief of
Staff at The Age newspaper in Melbourne and Chief Political Correspondent for
The Age in the Canberra Parliamentary Press Gallery.
Innes was educated at Melbourne High School; Monash University (BA History
and Politics); and Edinburgh Business School.

Jenni Hill is a partner in the dispute resolution team at Clifford Chance. Jenni has
practiced as a lawyer in Western Australia in a career spanning over 20 years
and focuses on disputes primarily in the energy and resources sector.
Jenni has acted on the range of disputes commonly arising in these sectors
including engineering and plant design, construction, joint venture, project and
a range of contractual disputes.
