OUR READERSHIP

The readers of QVNA’s Magazine include 3,000 households in Queen Village, a residential neighborhood in the city of Philadelphia. Approximately 400 copies are distributed to restaurants, coffee shops, and other businesses and non-profit organizations.

According to a neighborhood-wide survey conducted in 2005, 80% of our readers are homeowners, 17% are renters, and 3% are business owners.

According to the survey results, our readers indicated a strong interest and willingness to participate in neighborhood projects and initiatives. 21% indicated that they had done something previously for QVNA or their block and 48% volunteered to help with future projects and activities. Active committees, comprised of volunteers, have already been formed to address the following topics:

• Environmental issues and sustainability• Planting and tending to trees• Public transportation• Property taxes• Schools and family life• Quality of Life for dogs and owners• Public Safety• History and preservation• Parks, playgrounds, and green spaces• Neighborhood development

POLICIES AND RATES• Advertising space is allocated on a first-come, first-serve

basis.• Payment for advertising is expected in full by the due date

for each issue and is non-refundable.• Failure to provide artwork that meets the minimum

requirements for printing by the due date will result in the ad space you purchased being replaced by a photograph. You will, however, be credited as sponsoring the photograph.

• QVNA does not provide assistance with creating or designing advertisements. We strongly encourage advertisers to visit our website and download template files to assist with the creative process.
