Layout Artists WantedWant to work with a variety of fabulous designers,earning free kits and making gorgeous layouts? Wehave the job for you!

We need 2 more members to join our CreativeTeam at Digitals. Each CT member will work witha designer for 1 month, making at least 2 layoutswith each kit provided and posting them in our gal-lery, DST, and a minimum of 2 other galleries ofyour choice. Emailing LOs through Yahoo groups,writing reviews in the store, and submitting tomagazines are big pluses. You will be given a mini-mum of 2 kits per month (4 layouts) for free, butyou have the opportunity to do more if you and thedesigner wish. CT members will rotate to a newdesigner each month. Please be willing to make aminimum 3 month committment and sign a con-dentiality agreement. If you and a designer click,they may ask you to be on their personal CT.

I am a childrens worship teacher at ourchurch and love being able to plant seeds intomy kids each week and watching God workthrough me. My DH and I are Science Fiction/Fantasy buffs so we like movies, TV, and booksin this genre. I thought I would love gardening,but since we bought our house I soon discov-ered its just too much work for me, but hey I

do benet from the fresh air and exercise fromtime to time.

I have two children. My son Matthew is soon tobe an adult as he turns 18 in July. He is going tocollege in the fall for Culinary Arts. My daughterKate is currently living with her father, whichhas turned out to be a wonderful opportunity tohave the long needed relationship with himasevery girl needs her daddy. My husband Owenand I have been married for 6 wonderful yearsnow and we look forward to many more. Withall the kids gone in the fall we will still have our

Before nding Digital Scrapbooking I was intoWeb graphics for around 5 years. With all of itI am self-taught and am entirely appreciativeof all the people who generously shared theirknowledge through online tutorials.What software do you use?

I currently work with Paint Shop Pro 11.

How many layouts do you average permonth?

My average has moved up to 8 since workingon pages for a book and now I will be puttingthem into a digital frame too for my sonsgraduation openhouse. In working on theseI have decided my average is going to go upas I will be making kits from the perspectiveof my own projects rather than the other wayaround.

Why do you like to create elements/kits?

First of all I love to create, but I also love see-ing everything coming together. The colors,ideas, coordinating elements, papers, word-art, and then nally playing by making quickpageswhich is my favorite to make with mykits.

How would you describe your style?

O boy, I have never been able to put my ngeron that one.... I love grunge, but with a littleelegance too... so whatever you would call that.Who/what inspires you when you create?

I do everything prayerfully asking the Lordmypartner for inspiration, as anything I am ableto do comes from Him. He shows me throughfamily, life experience, and my CT team.

What is the best thing about scrapbook-ing?

As a designerbeing able to create and thenseeing that creativity expanded through oth-ers. Personallybeing able to capture and oftenrenew memories of the life moments that areprecious to me.

I love the useof negative space, and the way the curves of the grass and the swirls of the butteryight go together. It was perfect for the layout I had in mind of a picture of my DD onEarth Day.
