1. INTRODUCTION

This deliverable concerns the implementation of the Project SharedWorkspace (PSW) for DIGIMANpartners.ThisPSWisavailableatthefollowingaddress:https://pretexo.com/digiman/egroupwareandfullyoperationnalforallpartnerssincethe17thofJanuary20172. SCOPE

The role of the PSW is to promote the efficient exchange between partners of information aboutDIGIMANprojectandtoensureadecentralisedandsecuredarchivingofthedocumentsgenerated.The PSW is accessible via a secured intranet connection through aweb-based collaborative softwarenamed “eGroupWare”. This professional groupware is used worldwide for the management ofnumerouscollaborativeprojectsandveryflexibledependingonpartnerneeds.3. RESULTSANDDISCUSSION

1.1. HOSTING

This PSW is hosted on a dedicated server. The server, property of PXO, is an Optiplex GX620 Dellmachine(2.8GHz,800MHzbus)withtwoSATAhard-drivesof80GB(thesecondonebeingdedicatedtodailybackup)and2GB533MHzDDRmemory.The PSW confidential information exchanged is secured through a SSL Certificate Encryption &Authentication(Thawte®).

Structureandcontentof thisPSWcanbesubjectedtochangesand improvementsduring theprojectlifetime,tofulfilpossiblenewneedsandemergingrequirements.ThePSWmaintenanceisthereforeanon-goingactivitythatwillbeupdatedasprojectdevelopmentproceeds.
