Different Information For Coordinate 473667N 85500E

Instead of putting the coordinate into Google Maps like you did I put it into http://www.gps-coordinates.net/ and I got the address 407 9th Street, Craig, AK 99921, USA

I then put it into Google Maps and found it was located in the Prince of Wales Island.

I then googled the history of the Prince of Wales Island and found that it was a location for the mining of Uranium.

I then searched the B41 Bomb that I saw in your video and found that the US had created a Dirty Version of it that contained Uranium 238.

Hope that this may help in finding the true time that BO3 is set.
