SUBMIT APPLICATIONYou may submit your application and application fee of $30 online. www.uwa.edu/apply

SUBMIT TRANSCRIPTSSubmit official transcripts from each high school or college attended. Students who are currently enrolled in high school will be required to submit their final transcript (including proof of high school graduation) prior to enrolling at UWA. This is required of all first time freshmen and transfer students without 24 transferable academic hours. Students with more than 24 hours must submit transcripts from all colleges attended.

TEST SCORESUWA accepts either ACT or SAT test scores. Please specify UWA on each test application (ACT code #0024; SAT code #1737). If you did not have your test scores sent to UWA directly through the testing center, check with your guidance counselor to find out if test scores are included on your high school transcripts. If not, call ACT at 319-337-1270 or SAT at 866-756-7346 to have your scores sent to UWA. At least one of these scores is required for acceptance for students without 24 transferable academic hours (12 in basic curriculum).

STUDENT HEALTH SERVICESFor the safety of our campus community, all students are required to have up-to-date immunizations before arriving on campus. Failure to comply with the Student Medical Report, including required vaccines, will result in an inability to participate in pre-fall activities such as, athletics, band, cheerleading (tryouts or practice), moving into the residence halls and beginning fall classes. You can check your status by contacting the UWA Admissions Office.
