Situation -You work in an organisation which is very high on hierarchical rigidity and encourages the grapevine culture. Of late you heard that your immediate boss has favoured one of your team mates by selecting him for a one year onsite training assignment in a foreign country --something which was due to you for quite some time. You feel that you have met with injustice due to this act of your immediate boss and have lost enthusiasm in your work.

How can you best handle this situation? Explain with the help of a hypothetical situation where you work out a practical solution

ASSIGNMENT NO 2

Visit the websites of five international and national players in the online travel industry; compare their communication styles (in terms of clarity, simplicity, transparency and aesthetics).Prepare a comparative chart focusing on four major areas like:
