Garbhakranti month wise diet : The diet that mother takes results in the development of the baby & hence the type of diet that the mother takes will affect the development of the baby Garbhakranti diet should be consumed for proper growth of the baby In addition to nutrient rich diet given in Pregnancy friendly foods milk, cereals, pulses, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, fruits, & Diet rich in iron, Folic acid various vitamins like, A, C, B1, B3, B6 and fibre, following should be added in month wise diet Diet in 1st month : Garbhakranti diet rich in various nutrients given in various sections of this website should be taken. Kharjur Manth [Dates] recipe : Soak dates in pure water for 4 hours and then remove the seeds. The pulp should be ground in mixer and stone sugar should be added to same. This Kharjur Manth gives strength & nourishment to my dream baby. Ragi Satva : Ragi Satva is cool and nutritive. It is a good calcium supplement.

As morning sickness is there in the 1 st month , additional liquid diet should be taken like.. Orange Juice Pomegranate Juice Lime water Kokum water Rose water Dhanyak Jal [dry coriander water] Shunthi Jal [dry ginger water] etc. As morning sickness is there, keeping a bit of cardamom or cinnamon in mouth will help in reducing morning sickness. Dry Ginger + stone sugar + cardamom + cinnamon ground mixture [avaleh] also helps in reducing morning sickness.Diet in 2nd month : Garbhakranti diet rich in various nutrients given in various sections of this website should be taken.

I should consume milk boiled and triturated with stone sugar, some sweet tasting herbs ; such as Shatavari , Bala , Yashtimadhu & Gokshur.Signs and symptoms of pregnancy :

Missed period Salivation Heaviness Malaise Drowsiness Distress in heart region Yawning Sour taste in the mouth Heaviness in breast Darkening of areola Swelling of feet Loss of appetite These are the symptoms of the conception which has just taken place. I will add the following which is easily digestible as well as gives good nutrition to my dream baby. As I have morning sickness which creates discomfort and nausea in consuming food, but my fast growing dream baby still needs nutrition; I must add the following to my diet Loni Ash gourd soup Pumpkin soup Rice Soup [ Pej ] Tomato soup Spinach soup Carrot soup Radish soup Orange juice Sweet lime juice Lime Juice Pomegranate juice Tender coconut water Rose water Kokum water Dry coriander seed water [ Dhanyak Jal ] Dry ginger water [ Shunthi Jal ]Diet in 3rd month : Garbhakranti diet rich in various nutrients given in various sections of this website should be taken.

Milk with cow`s ghee and honey should be taken every morning. One part of honey and two parts of Goghruta with a cup of warm milk should be taken regularly.

The umbilical cord is connected to the umbilicus of the baby at one end and the other end is attached to the uterus of mother. Placenta which carries nourishment to my dream baby from mother is developed during this phase of third month of pregnancy. My dream baby attains the free flow of consciousness in Its mind at the very time when the sense organs are manifested; hence then onwards my dream baby pulsates and expresses the desire. Foetus heart which is maternally derived gets connected with the mothers heart through vessels carrying nutrition; hence the desire is transmitted. Due to this reason it is not desirable to ignore the desires of baby expressed through mother. My dream baby is growing very fast and needs lots of nutrition. As my morning sickness will now reduce substantially, I will need to add solid food, rich in nutrition to my diet, for this purpose I will follow Garbhakranti diet as described.Diet in 4th month : Garbhakranti diet rich in various nutrients given in various sections of this website should be taken.

Diet in 4th month: Loni derived from milk should be taken in diet during fourth month of pregnancyDiet in 5th month : Garbhakranti diet rich in various nutrients given in various sections of this website should be taken.

Fifth month onwards, it is very important that the everyday regular meal to be supplemented with moderate quantity of Goghruta.Diet in 6th month : Garbhakranti diet rich in various nutrients given in various sections of this website should be taken.

During sixth month, intake of Goghruta mixed and triturated with stone sugar, sweet herbs such as Shatavari, Bala, Yashtimadhu and Gokshur is recommended for regular consumption, ideally on an empty stomach. This helps in good urination. Along with other diet parboiled rice should be consumed in pregnancy. Cow`s Ghee [Goghruta] should be continued throughout till nursing period.Diet in 7th month : Garbhakranti diet rich in various nutrients given in various sections of this website should be taken.

During seventh month, intake of Goghruata mixed and triturated with stone sugar & sweet herbs is recommended for regular consumption, ideally on an empty stomach. Following should be consumed which gives extra strength Ashwagandha [ Withania Somnifera ] Shatavari [Asparagus ] Vidari Kanda [ Ipomoea Digitata ] Cow`s ghee [ Goghruta ].Diet in 8th month : Garbhakranti diet rich in various nutrients given in various sections of this website should be taken.

From the eighth month onwards, a special recipe such as soup made with milk and sugar and various types of grains, i.e. rice, semolina should be eaten daily.Diet in 9th month : Garbhakranti diet rich in various nutrients given in various sections of this website should be taken.

In the ninth month, special recipes prepared with milk, Goghruta and various types of grains, i.e. rice, semolina should be eaten daily.
