etc.  Vegetables like potato, sweet potato, beetroot,

yam, arbi, etc.  Sweets, cakes, pastries,Baklava, ice creams,

jam, jelly, marmalade and soft drinks.  Fruits like grapes, mango, chiku and sugarcane  Use only unsaturated oils, like canola,

sunflower, olive oil etc.
