ABOUT US

Since our founding in 2008, Dies Direct has offered custom design metal die manufacturing. We serve over 150 craft brands and over 600 companies worldwide, all out of our facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

As the first and original manufacturer to bring etched metal dies to the craft market, we quickly perfected specialized manufacturing techniques to create dies with unique capabilities and fine details.

Each new etched product design submitted will incur a $60.00 one-time setup fee. The setup fee includes setting your design files up for final production. This process includes generating front and back films, accessible for future reorders of your designs. Any design updates that require a new film for production will also incur this cost.

PHOTOPOLYMER STAMPS

Made from high grade, tear reistant photopolymer resin. Stamps have excellent back adhesion and are available with black and white, or colored acetate sheets.

Perfect for snipping tabs between dies and reaching into places that are too small for regular wire cutters. Snips include a 8.25 x 3 inch partial clamshell package with a peg hole. Private label packaging available.

Easily pick up and place tiny die cut pieces, beads, embellishments, and more. Angled for easy placement. Tweezers include a 1.625 x 7.25 inch full clamshell package with a peg hole. Private label packaging available.

Keeps dies from moving while cutting and ads another layer for detailed cutting. Measures 5.75 x 7.5 inches and includes a thin polybag with a peg hole for hanging. Private label packaging available.

If you’d like your products retail-ready when you receive them, our packaging services are for you. We have a variety of packaging types available depending on the type of product you’re purchasing. Packaging costs includes labor, packaging materials, and product adhesion to insert cards when applicable.

Our standard packaging consists of a poly bag with triangle hang tab and an insert card printed on 100lb cover stock with full color printing. NEXT STEPS

Visit DiesDirect�com or call 602-278-7800 to get in touch with our customer service team. We will answer any questions that you may have about our product offerings or ordering process. If you’d like to place an order, Customer Service will provide ordering forms and working file guidelines for submission.

Email your completed New Design Submission Form and design file to Graphics@DiesDirect�com� Our graphics team will work on each submission in the order that they are received, and a design team member will email you when your order is started. Please ensure that your files follow our Artwork & Submission Guidelines.

If your working files do not follow our Artwork & Submission Guidelines or need your product/packaging designed, additional design services may be required. Additional design services are incurred at $35.00/hour.

Within 5 business days of submitting your New Dies Submission Form, a member of our graphics team will initiate production proofs for your approval, and communicate your design’s sheet yield. Approval must be given in written form (via email) and gives Dies Direct permission to upload to your design to your online ordering portal.

Immediately following your proof approval, Customer Service is notified and will provide your login information to complete the ordering process online.

Using the login credentials provided by Customer Service, you will be able to log onto DiesDirect�com and view your items available for purchase under the “Catalog” section. Select how many sheets of each item you would like to order and add them to your cart. Payment and shipping selection is made online.

Typical turnaround time from order placement to shipment is 10 business days, this does not include special selections or additional packaging. At the time of shipment, you will receive an email confirmation for shipping and an invoice.
