PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have strong experiences in strategic planning and leading or being part of teams which I gainedthanks to the AIESEC Experience. I have also gained and developed competences such asEffective communication, flexible thinking, awareness of others, Goal-oriented thinking,Self-awareness, Cultural understanding and Organizational Understanding among others.
I like to investigate, to innovate, and almost always that contributes to the success of my work,and based on that I’ve developed a skill to learn fast that allows me to adapt easily to newenvironments and requirements.
I also like to work with teams, with high potential people whom like to work and contribute to thegeneral objective. I’ve also gained skills like public speaking, training, conflicts management andteam management.
Recently thanks to my experience at the HUB Bogotá, I've developed much more interest onmodern entrepreneurship and the global trends on this topics, also with books, conferences,authors, etc. Actually I'm about to start my own company on solar energy with the main objectiveto offer an accessible option for people on rural areas or energy difficulties.

WORKING EXPERIENCE
HUB Bogotá, July 2012 – June 2013
Host I got involved since the preparation of the house, so I was volunteerfor painting some walls, helping to install Internet, helping in thelogistics for some events and then I became officially a host. I gavetours through the house, I become really good presenting the HUBat the beginning of events. I participated on the strategic planningfor 2013. During 2013 I was the leader for preparing and offeringworkshops and seminars to the community according to theirneeds, then I became part of the comm team and the Virtual Host(expert on HUBnet), and I was part of the preparation for executingHUB Fellowship here in Bogotá and also I prepare a proposal for acourse based on the innovation spiral of Nesta. Among many things.

TelematicsAnalyst
Consultant for the project ITS4Mobility, the telematics and fleetmanagement component of VOLVO, used in the massivetransportation. I was in charge of supervising the correct installationin the body builder, leading the project of installing the componentsin the already built buses and, teaching and supporting the theclients for using the web platform designed for monitor and presentstatistics about all the fleet. My role was finished by VOLVO Brazilaccording to changes on the project structure.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
I’m interested on energy crisis, renewable energies, climate change, electric efficiency, electric vehicles, andnew sources of energy. And as electronic engineer I'm highly interested in create a company that worksselling and installing solar panels with a social model, where the people with needs or difficulties on theenergy source can access to this technologies.
The social media and Internet marketing interest begun like a hobby but now, I have learned different thingsand I really enjoy that, and now I would feel good working on that.
Actually my dream is to work in a place where I can generate new ideas and projects. Where I can innovate,and participate in enriched discussions, and where I can keep learning and sharing the knowledge with a realteam work.
I love music, world music, like bossa nova, lounge, chill out, classic, rock, in general music from differentcultures. And I'm also fan of gadgets, and geek stuff.
About my work, I like to have challenges, because is where I learn more, and makes me work concentrated,getting the best result, and some times I like to improve that work, making it better.
