Konstruktionsbeschreibung

Pfostenriegel-Fassade (Ansichtsbreite 60mm)

Wärmegedämmte Pfostenriegel-Konstruktionen aus stranggepressten Aluminium Profilen mit 60 mm Ansichtsbreite.

Einsetzbar für senkrechte oder geneigte Aluminium-Glas-Fassaden, ein oder mehrge-schossig bis 100 m Gebäudehöhe. Im Grundriß als Gerade oder Polygon ausführbar. Schrägverglasung nur in Abstimmung mit dem Systemgeber.

Die Grundkonstruktion der Pfostenriegel-Fassade ist so konzipiert, daß Pfosten und Riegel aus den gleichen Profilquerschnitten bestehen. Eine Klinkung der Riegelprofile ist nicht erforderlich, wobei die Glasfalz- Entwässerung über die einteilige Riegel-dichtung in die Drainagenut des senkrechten Pfostens erfolgt. Die Anbindung des Riegels erfolgt über eine spezielle patentierte Stoßverbindertechnik. Diese ist so ausgelegt, daß der Riegel selbsttätig an den Pfosten angepresst wird, und somit sich die Anschlußfuge zwischen Riegel und Pfosten schließt.

Verarbeitungsvorteile

Pfosten und Riegelprofile mit raumseitigen Kantenradien von max. 0,5 mm für op-tisch einwandfreien Riegel-Anschluß bei gleicher Bautiefe. Dabei weist die Innenflä-che von Pfosten und Riegelprofil exakt die gleiche Ebene auf.

Die inneren Verglasungsdichtungen bei Pfosten und Riegelprofilen haben die glei-chen Ansichtsbreiten. Die Hohlkammern der Aluminium Pfosten und Riegel sind vor-gerichtet für das Einschieben von Halbzeugprofilen (Rohr - oder Flachquerschnitt) um Stoß- und Befestigungspunkte auszubilden, und um gegebenenfalls die statischen Werte zu erhöhen.

Glasfalzbelüftung bzw. Dampfdruckausgleich über die beidseitigen Drainagenuten im Pfosten, die Belüftung erfolgt jeweils über die vier Feldecken. Äußere Vergla-sungsdichtungen als Einzeldichtungen, wahlweise mit vulkanisierten Endstücken ausführbar. Äußere Druckleisten wahlweise sichtbar oder verdeckt geschraubt; sicht-bar verschraubte Druckleisten als U - Profil oder Flachprofil lieferbar. Deckschalen für verdeckte Verschraubung in unterschiedlichen Bauhöhen lieferbar.

Applicable in vertical or sloped aluminum-glass curtain walls, in one or more level buildings with heights up to 100 m. May be constructed straight or in polygon shape. Sloped glazing only in coordination with the system supplier.

The basic structure of the mullion-transom curtain wall is designed so that mullions and transoms consist of the same profile cross-sections. Notching transom profiles is not necessary, as the glass rebate is drained via the one-piece transom gasket into the drainage groove of the vertical mullion. The transom is connected with a special patented joint connector technique. In this technique, the transom is automati-cally pressed onto the mullion, which causes the connection groove between mullion and transom to close.

Advantages in processing

Mullion and transom profiles with room-side edge radii of max. 0.5 mm for visually flawless transom connection of equal construction depth. The level is exactly the same on the interior surfaces of mullion and transom profiles.

The inner glazing gaskets in mullion and transom profiles display the same face widths. The hollow chambers of the aluminum mullions and transoms are prepared for the insertion of semi-finished parts (pipe or flat cross-section) in order to create joints and fastening points und possibly to increase statical values.

Glass groove ventilation and steam pressure balancing occurs via drainage grooves on both sides of the mullion, while ventilation occurs on each of the four section corners. Outer glazing gaskets as individual gaskets, optionally with vulcanized end pieces. Outer pressure strips may either be screwed visibly or concealed; visibly screwed pressure strips are available as U-profiles or flat profiles. Sandwich panels for concealed screwing available in various construction heights.

Spezielles Konstruktionsdetail für Pfosten-Rie-gel-Verbindung mit spaltfreiem Riegelanschluß an den senkrechten Pfosten. Beim Verschrauben des Riegels am Stoßverbinder wird der Riegel mit der speziellen Profilkennung selbstständig an den Pfosten gedrückt.

Entwässerungsprinzip

Die Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade F60+ ist so konstruiert, daß Pfosten und Rie-gel aus den gleichen Profilquerschnitten bestehen können. Gewährleistet wird die Entwässerung vom Riegel in den Pfosten über die Riegeldichtung in die senkrechte Drainagenut des Pfostens und wird von dort nach unten abgeleitet.
