As directed by the FDA, the rubber materials used for seals should feature the

following: No contaminants and no mixing should enter the food from the rubber seal that are in contact with the

food items it should be free from all hazardous particle

The material should be 100%detectable under metal scanners and x-rays.

Since the western Polyrub products experience rigorous wash downs with water sprays and abrasive

chemicals, the plastic tends to disintegrate. Small fibers of the material enter the food products causing

contamination. The FDA rubber used needs to be fabricated with a material that does not disintegrate in

harsh circumstances.

CONDUCTIVE SILICONE RUBBER EXTRUSION

We are manufacturers of conductive silicone rubber tubing and many other molded

products which is used to help in minimizing static build up , we also manufacture static

dissipative elastomer extrusion in any color which highly use in Pharma sieves and tube

and also many other applications. We mfg. conductive tubing in inch and metric sizes. Our

conductive silicone products are available in many different sizes and shapes. We have also

developed high temperature and low temperature sustainable silicone tubing.

Our conductive silicone rubber extrusion products are available in different shape like P

shape, D shape, lip seals, bulb seals, strips, O-rings cord, hollow O core, U channels, C

channels, H shape, T shape and many other simple and complex shapes. Our every other

simple silicone rubber products are available in conductive silicone rubber upon request.

SILICONE GASKET FOR SIFTER SIEVES Western Silicone sieve seals are commonly used for sealing around the outside of sieves in powder

transfer applications. They are manufactured from a silicone transparent or silicone metal detectable, food

approved blue silicone rubber as standard and have excellent resistance to high temperatures and

excellent non-stick properties.

FOR STATIC DISCHARGE FROM SIEVES

Electro static dissipation (ESD) can destroy sensitive electronic components, erase or alter magnetic

media, and even set off fires or explosions. Conductive, antistatic and dissipative elastomer materials are

used to minimize this risk.

Applications:

Seals around the outside of sieves in powder transfer applications.
