Get organized 1 Carry child to changing table 2 Unfasten diaper but leave diaper under child. Remove stool and urine by wiping front to back. Place soiled wipes into soiled diaper. Fold surface of soiled diaper inward and remove gloves. Place soiled diaper and gloves in a covered, plasc-lined, hands-free can. Use a fresh wipe to wipe your hands and the child’s hands. Place wipes into a covered, plasc-lined, hands-free can. Clean the child’s diaper area 3 Remove soiled clothing and diaper 4 Put a clean diaper on and dress child 5 Wash child’s hands and return child to supervised area 6 Dispose paper liner if used. Remove any visible soil with detergent, then rinse. Wet enre surface with disinfectant and follow manufacturer’s direcon for use.
