Mounting the Lenses

Remove the existing lens:It’s really easy to mount new lenses onto your Diana F+ camera body. Look at the right side of the lens barrel (with the lens facing you). You’ll see a series of three dots, with two of the dots on the bottom (this is the LOCK position). Grab the lens with your hand and slowly rotate it counter-clockwise. It should move fairly easily – without the need to force it. The two dots will now be at the top, UNLOCK position. Remove the lens. If you have front & rear lens caps, then put them on for safe storage

Mount a new lens:Remove the rear lens cap of your new lens. Match the white dot on your camera lens with the top, UNLOCK dot on your camera body. It will slip right on. Smoothly rotate the lens clockwise until the two dots are now in the LOCK position. You’re ready to shoot!

Mounting the Close-Up Lens:The Close-Up Lens merely slips over the 55mm Lens. Slip it on and off slowly and carefully. Before you do so, be sure to set the 55mm Lens’ focus to infinity.

Mounting the Viewfinder Adapter & Viewfinder

In order to preview your shots, you’ll need to mount the external Viewfinder. This is done via the included plastic adapter. First off, twist the wheel on top of the Adapter counter-clockwise (to a 9 and 3’clock position) to unlock it. The back of the adapter says “Camera Back” – so you can tell which way it’s supposed to go.

Fit the front of the adapter first – it should fit into place with the front viewfinder. Next smoothly push down the back of the adapter until it fits into place as well. Both the front and back of the Viewfinder Adapter have little squares that stick out and anchor it perfectly to the matching front and back of the camera’s viewfinder. Twist the top wheel clockwise (to a 12 and 6’clock position) to lock it into place.

Once that’s done, slide the included Viewfinder into the plastic shoe on the left side of the Viewfinder Adapter.

Please note that the Viewfinder has a smaller brightline frame inside when you look through it. This smaller frame is for use with your 55mm Diana F+ Lens. When using the 38mm Lens (available separately), you would use the entire view.

This viewfinder is calibrated for the large 12-shot Diana F+ format (52x52mm). For the Close-Up Lens, no viewfinder is needed.

Shooting

55mm Wide-Angle Lens

Your 55mm Wide Lens has three distance settings. These are printed on the lens barrel:

• 1-2m (3’ – 6’)• 2-4m (6’ – 12’)• Infinity - anything further away than 4m (12’)

Estimate the distance to your subject and rotate the lens to choose the correct setting. The plastic arrow should line up with your chosen distance.

The Diana F+ aperture & shutter controls can be used in their normal way. This lens requires no special settings.

For the strongest Wide effect you’ll need to use the Diana F+’s large, 12-shot photo format. Using the 16-shot format will result in a slightly less wide view.

It’s fine to use the Diana+ Flash or another standard hotshoe flash. However, please note that the wide view will mean that you may have substantial light fall-off at the edges. It’s best to keep the subject that you want illuminated close to the middle.

Close-Up Lens

The Close-Up lens is calibrated to shoot at a fixed distance of 15cm (6”). You’ll need to measure exactly this distance from the lens to your subject (not from the camera body to your subject). The easiest way to do this is (1) carry a 15cm piece of string or fabric with you or (2) use your Diana F+’s neckstrap and actually mark off a distance of 15cm from the lens on the strap. Please note that the 55mm Lens behind the Close-Up Lens must be set to the Infinity focus setting.

No viewfinder is supplied for the Close-Up Lens. As it is fairly wide, the Close- Up lens will pretty much capture whatever is placed directly in front of it.

Care & Warranty

Only clean the lenses with proper lens solution and a soft cloth. Never force the lens on or off the camera, as it can break. When it’s not in use, be sure to cover the lenses.

Your Diana F+ 55mm Lens and Close-Up Lens include a 2-year warranty against any manufacturer defects. In the event of a defect, the Lomographic Society will repair or replace the items at our discretion. For warranty service, please contact your closest Lomographic Office (listed below):

ISTRUZIONI PER L’ USO

Montare l‘ obiettivo

Rimozione della lente in uso:E´veramente facile montare nuovi obiettivi sul corpo della tua Diana F+. Guarda il lato destro del corpo dell’obiettivo (con l´obiettivo rivolto verso di te). Vedrai una serie composta da tre punti, due dei quali sono in basso (posizione LOCK). Afferra bene l´obiettivo e giralo lentamente in senso anti- orario. Dovrebbe girare facilmente – senza alcun bisogno di forzarlo. I due puntini dovrebbero ora trovarsi in alto posizione UNLOCK. Rimuovi la lente. Se hai i tappi di protezione per la lente, metticela dentro per un sicuro mantenimento.

Montare una nuova lente:Rimuovi il tappo posteriore del tuo nuovo obiettivo. Posiziona il puntino bianco sul corpo del tuo obiettivo in concomitanza con il puntino bianco in alto del tuo corpo macchina (posizione UNLOCK).Si incastrerà alla perfezione. Gira lentamente l’obiettivo in senso orario fino a quando í due puntini saranno nella posizione LOCK. Sei ora pronto per scattare!

Montare la lente close-up:La lente close-up va semplicemente posizionata sopra la lente da 55 mm. Incastrala sempre lentamente e con la dovuta attenzione.

Montaggio dell’adattatore per mirino e del mirino

Per avere un’anteprima dei tuoi scatti, avrai bisogno di un mirino esterno. Potrai applicarlo alla macchina tramite l’adattatore di plastica incluso nella confezione. Innanzitutto, gira in senso antiorario la ruota posizionata sull’ adattatore (posizione ore 9.00 o 3.00). Sul retro dell’adattatore c’è scritto: “camera back” (retro della macchina) - così che tu possa facilmente interpretare dove vada applicato.

Innanzitutto posiziona la parte anteriore dell’adattatore - inserendolo davanti al mirino frontale. Poi fai scivolare verso il basso la parte posteriore dell’ adattatore fino a quando sarà perfettamente incastrato al suo posto. Sia il davanti che il retro dell’adattatore sono composti da un piccolo quadrato che si incastra perfettamente con la parte anteriore e posteriore del mirino del corpo macchina. Gira la rotella dell’adattatore in senso orario (posizione ore 12.00 o 6.00) per bloccarlo in posizione.

Quando guardi nel tuo mirino vedrai una piccola linea luminosa indicante un frame. Sarà il frame per la Diana F+ 55 mm. Con l’obiettivo da 38 mm, (acquistabile separatamente) dovrai utilizzare l’intera schermata visualizzabile nel mirino.

Il mirino e calibrato per il formato di fotogramma più grande – quello da 12 scatti (52 x 52 mm). Per la lente close-up, non e richiesto nessun mirino particolare.

Scattare

Il tuo obiettivo 55 mm ha tre varianti per il settaggio della distanza. Sono segnati sul corpo dell’obiettivo:

• 1-2 m• 2-4 m• infinito, ovvero tutto ciò che e più distante di 4 metri.

Calcola la distanza che ti separa dal tuo soggetto e ruota la lente sulla variabile di distanza appropriata, allineando con essa la barretta di plastica nera che vedi sopra di essa.

Apertura di diaframma e tempistiche dell’otturatore possono essere regolate nella maniera classica. Questa lente non richiede settaggi particolari.

Per effetti a grandangolo super strong e opportuno usare il formato di foto- gramma più largo, ovvero quello da 12 scatti. Usando infatti il settaggio 16 scatti risulterà un più ristretto panorama.

E´carino anche utilizzare il Diana + Flash, o qualsiasi altro flash montabile via hotshoe. In ogni caso e opportuno ricordare che con la vista in grandangolo potresti avere molta meno luce sui bordi. Sarà quindi opportuno che il soggetto che tu vuoi immortalare resti bene nel centro.

Lente Close- up

L´obiettivo close-up è calibrato per scatti ad una distanza di 5 cm. Dovrai misurare esattamente la distanza che separa l’obiettivo dal tuo soggetto (e non quella dal corpo macchina al tuo soggetto). La maniera più semplice per farlo è 1. portarsi sempre dietro una stringa di 15 centimetri, fabbricata da te o 2. utilizzare il nastro-tracolla della Diana e marcare su di esso una distanza di 15 centimetri.

Non è necessario un mirino per la lente close-up. . Essendo abbastanza ampia, la lente close-up catturerà qualsiasi cosa sia direttamente di fronte a lei.

Manutenzione e garanzia

Pulisci sempre le lenti solo con soluzioni detergenti specifiche ed un panno morbido. Non forzare mai l’obiettivo, che sia smontato o sulla macchina fotografica, perché potrebbe rompersi. Quando non lo stai utilizzando, abbi cura di proteggere l’obiettivo con i tappi anteriori e posteriori.

Il tuo obiettivo Diana+ 55 mm e la lente addizionale Close-up comprendono un servizio di garanzia di due anni che copre qualsiasi difetto di produzione. In tal caso, a sua discrezione la Lomography Society deciderà se procedere alla riparazione o alla sostituzione .

Anbringen der Linse

Entferne die aktuelle Linse:Es ist wirklich sehr einfach eine neue Linse an Deiner Diana+ zu befestigen. Rechts auf dem Linsen Zylinder (die Linse blickt dich dabei an) sind drei Punkte, zwei davon befinden sich weiter unten - das bedeutet die Linse ist „gesichert“ (kann nicht entfernt werden). Nimm nun die Linse und drehe sie langsam gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Sie sollte sich leicht und ohne Gewalt anzuwenden bewegen lassen. Jetzt befinden sich zwei Punkte oben – das bedeutet die Linse ist „entsichert“. Entferne nun die Linse. Wenn Du eine Front- und Rücken Linsenab- deckung besitzt, dann verwende sie für eine sichere Aufbewahrung. Befestige eine neue Linse:Nimm die Linsenabdeckungen Deiner neuen Linse ab. Stimme den weißen Punkt auf der Linse mit dem oberen Punkt auf dem Kamera Gehäuse ab. Alles passt leicht ineinander. Dann drehe die Linse sanft im Uhrzeigersinn bis sich beide Punkte auf der „gesicherten“ Position befinden. Ein Klick - und schon kann es losgehen!

Anbringen der Close-Up Linse:Die Close-Up Linse läßt sich einfach auf die 55mm Linse stecken. Langsam und vorsichtig aufstecken und wieder abziehen.

Befestigen des Sucher-Adapters & Suchers

Um zu sehen, was man eigentlich für Bilder macht, bringt man zunächst den externen Sucher an. Das macht man mit Hilfe des beiliegenden Plastik Adapters. Drehe zuerst das Rad oben am Adapter gegen den Uhrzeigersinn (auf die 9Uhr & 3Uhr Position) um ihn zu entriegeln. Auf der Rückseite des Adapters steht “Camera Back”, das heißt er muss auf der Rückseite der Kamera angebracht werden.

Passe erst einmal die Vorderseite des Adapters an, sie und der Kamerasucher sollten optimal ineinander passen. Danach drücke die Rückseite des Adapters sanft hinein, bis alles einwandfrei sitzt. Vorne und hinten am Adapter gibt es kleine Ausbuchtungen, die perfekt auf der Vorder- und Rückseite des Kamera- suchers einrasten. Drehe das obere Rad am Adapter im Uhrzeigersinn (auf 12Uhr & 6Uhr), um ihn in dieser Position zu fixieren.Wenn das erledigt ist, schiebe den beiliegenden Sucher in die Plastikschiene auf der linken Seite des Sucher-Adapters.

Bitte beachte dass der Sucher innen einen schmaleren Leuchtramen hat wenn man durchsieht. Dieser ist nur für die 55mm Diana F+ Linse geeignet. Bei der 38mm Linse (einzeln erhältlich) benützt man den gesamten Ramen.

Dieser Sucher ist für das große 12-Bilder Format (52x52mm) der Diana F+ aus- gerichtet. Für die Close-Up Linse braucht man keinen Sucher.

Bilder schießen

55mm Weit-Winkel Linse

Deine 55mm Weit-Winkel Linse hat drei Entfernungs-Einstellungen. Sie stehen auf dem Linsengehäuse:

• 1-2m• 2-4m • Unendlich – alles, das weiter als 4m entfernt ist

Schätze die Distanz zu Deinem Objekt und drehe die Linse zur richtigen Ein- stellung. Der Plastikpfeil sollte mit der ausgewählten Entfernung übereinstimmen. Die Diana+ Verschluss- und Blendeneinstellungen können normal verwendet werden. Die Linse benötigt keine speziellen Einstellungen. Für den stärksten Weitwinkel Effekt muss man das große Fotoformat, das 12er Bildformat verwenden. Das 16er Bildformat würde eine weniger weitwinkelige Ansicht ergeben.

Man kann einen Diana Blitz oder andere Standard Blitze mit Blitzschuh verwenden. Bitte beachte, dass Du durch die Weit-Winkel Perspektive eventuell reichlich Schatten in die Ecken fällt. Das zu beleuchtende Objekt sollte am besten ziemlich in der Mitte platziert werden.

Close-Up Linse

Die Close-Up Linse ist so kalibriert, dass sie eine fixe Distanz von 15cm schiesst. Du musst die genaue Entfernung von der Linse zu Deinem Objekt abmessen (nicht von der Kamera zu Deinem Objekt). Der einfachste Weg das zu bewerkstelligen ist (1) immer ein 15cm lange Schnur dabei zu haben oder (2) verwende Dein Diana F+ Umhängeband und markiere darauf die 15cm Entfernung von der Linse bis zum Band.

Für die Close-Up Linse ist kein Sucher beigelegt. Da sie sehr weitläufig ist, fängt die sie so ziemlich alles ein, das direkt vor der Linse platziert wird.

Instandhaltung & Garantie

Reinige deine Linse nur mit einem weichen Linsentuch und geeignetem Linsen- reiniger. Bitte behandle die Linse beim Auf- und Anstecken nicht allzu grob, weil sie dadurch brechen kann.Wenn du die Linse nicht verwendest, stelle sicher, dass die Linsenkappen immer aufgesetzt sind.

Deine Diana+ 55mm Linse und Close-Up Linse beinhalten eine 2 Jahres Garantie gegen jegliche Herstellerdefekte. Im Falle eines Fehlers wird die Lomografische Gesellschaft nach eigenem Ermessen die Linse reparieren oder ersetzen. Um die Garantie in Anspruch zu nehmen, kontaktiere bitte das nächstgelegene Lomo Büro (siehe Liste unten):

MODE D’ EMPLOI

Monter les Objectifs

Enlever l’objectif existant:C’est vraiment facile de monter de nouveaux objectifs sur votre Diana F+. Regardez sur le côté droit du fût de l’objectif (avec l’objectif envers vous). Vous verez une série de trois points, avec deux points en bas (ceci est la position LOCK/bloquer). Saisissez l’objectif avec votre main et tournez-le lentement contrele sens des aiguilles d'une montre. Il devrait bouger facilement – sans le besoin de le forcer. Les deux points seront maintenant en haut, sur la position UNLOCK/débloquer. Enlevez l’objectif. Si vous avez des couvercles devant & arrière, mettez les dessus pour les garder en sécurité.

Monter un nouvel objectif:Enlevez le couvercle arrière de votre nouvel objectif. Ajustez le point blanc sur votre objectif avec la partie d’en haut, le UNLOCK sur votre boitier. Il glissera dessus. Tournez doucement l’objectif dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à ce que les deux points soient sur la position LOCK. Vous pouvez photographier maintenant !

Monter l’Objectif Close-Up (gros plan):L’Objectif de Close-Up glisse tout simplement sur l’Objectif de 55mm. Glissez-le dessus et enlevez-le doucement et prudemment.

Installer la Monture du Viseur & le Viseur

Afin de voir vos images avant de les prendre, vous aurez besoin d’installer le Viseur externe. Ceci sera possible par la monture en plastique incluse. D’abord, tournez la roue en haut de la Monture, contre le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour l’ouvrir (sur une position de montre de 9 et 3). Sur le dos de la monture c’est écrit « Camera Back » - ainsi vous sauriez où ça doit aller.

Ajustez le devant de la monture d’abord – il devrait aller avec le devant du viseur. Ensuite poussez doucement le dos de la monture jusqu’à ce qu’il rentre dans sa place aussi. Le devant et l’arrière de la Monture du Viseur ont des petits carreaux qui depassent et qui l’accrochent parfaitement au devant et arrière correspon-dants au viseur de la caméra. Tournez la roue d’en haut dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour refermer (sur une position demontre de 12 et 6).

Ceci étant fait, glissez le Viseur inclus sur le « shoe » en plastique sur la gauche de la Monture du Viseur.

On vous prie de prendre note que quand vous regardez à travers du Viseur, la ligne du cadre lumineux est plus petite à l’intérieur. Ce cadre est pour l’utilisation avec l’Objectif Diana F+ 55mm. Quand vous utiliserez votre Objectif de 38mm (disponible séparément), vous utiliserez toute la vue.

Ce viseur est calibré pour le format de 12 prises de Diana F+ (52x52mm). Pour l’Objectif Close-Up (gros-plan), le viseur n’est pas nécessaire.

Photographier

L’Ojectif Wide-Angle de 55mm

Votre Objectif Wide-Angle/ grand-angle de 55mm a trois réglages de distance. Ils sont imprimés sur le fût de l’objectif :

• 1-2m • 2-4m • Infinity / Infini- tout ce qui est de plus de 4m

Estimez la distance jusqu’à votre sujet et tournez l’objectif pour choisir le réglage correct. La flèche en plastique devrait s’aligner à la distance choisie.

Les réglages d’ouverture et d’obturation de Diana F+ peuvent être utilisés normalement. L’objectif ne demande aucun réglage special.

Pour l’effet grand-angle le plus fort, vous aurez besoin d’utiliser le format le plus large de la Diana F+, le format a 12 prises. En utilisant le format à 16 prises, vous aurez une vue légèrement coupée.

Le Flash Diana+ ou un autre flash standard à hotshoe peuvent être utilisés. Mais prenez note que avec la vue super-wide il peut y avoir une décroissance substantielle de lumière dans les coins. Le mieux serait de garder au milieu le sujet que vous souhaitez avoir éclairé.

L’Objectif Close-Up (gros-plan)

L’Objectif Close-Up est calibré pour photographier à une distance fixe de 15cm (6”). Vous aurez besoin de mesurer exactement cette distance de l’objectif à votre sujet (pas de votre boitier à votre sujet). La manière la plus simple (1) de faire ceci est de porter avec avous un bout de fil de 15cm ou (2) d’utiliser votre cordon Diana F+ du tour du cou et de marquer dessus la distance de 15cm de l’objectif sur le cordon.

Il n’y a pas de viseur qui est livré pour l’Objectif de Close-Up. Comme l’objectif est plutôt large, il va capturer presque tout ce qui sera placé directemment devant lui.

Soins & Garantie

Nettoyez les objectifs avec une solution adéquate et un tissu doux. Ne forcez jamais l’objectif pour le monter ou l’enlever de la caméra, car il peut se casser. Si vous ne l’utilisez pas, assurez-vous de couvrir les lentilles.

Votre Objectif de Diana F+ 55mm inclut une garantie de 2 ans pour les défauts de fabrication. En cas de défection, la Lomographic Society va réparer ou remplacer les articles à notre discretion. Pour la garantie, on vous prie de contacter le Lomographic Office le plus près (liste ci-dessous):

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO

Acoplar la lente

Quitar la lente existente:Acoplar otras lentes en el cuerpo de tu cámara DianaF+ es realmente fácil. A la derecha de la lente (colocando la cámara frente a ti), verás 3 puntos; dos de ellos en la parte inferior (posición BLOQUEADO). Gira la lente suavemente con la mano en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj, sin forzar. Los dos puntos se situarán ahora en la parte superior de la lente, en posición DESBLOQUEADO. Separa la lente y no te olvides de colocar las tapas que la protegen.

Montar una nueva lente: Quita la tapa protectora. Haz coincidir el punto blanco en la lente con el punto en la parte superior de la cámara, posición DESBLOQUEADO; la lente se acoplará fácilmente al cuerpo de la cámara. Suavemente gira la lente en dirección a las agujas del reloj hasta que los dos puntos se sitúen en la posición BLOQUEADO. Y, ¡ya estás preparado para disparar!

Adaptar la lente macro:La lente macro se adapta fácilmente a la lente de 55mm. Despacio y suavemente.

Ajustar el visor y su adapatdor

Para poder realmente ver qué tipo de fotos estamos haciendo, primera-mente colocamos el visor externo. Para ello necesitamos el adaptador de plástico. Para desbloquear, gira primeramente en dirección contraria a las agujas del reloj la rueda situada en la parte superior (hasta situarse en posición horizontal). En la parte trasera del adaptador figura la señal “Camera Back”, es la parte que debe ir acoplada a la trasera de la cámara.

Primeramente acopla la parte frontal del adaptador y seguidamente la parte posterior. Presiona ligeramente hasta que notes que está perfectamente asentado. El adaptador unos ángulos que deben de quedar perfectamente acoplados a la parte delantera y trasera del visor. Gira la rueda en la parte superior del adaptador en dirección a las agujas del reloj (posición vertical) para que quede bien bloqueado.

Por favor, recuerda que si miras a través del visor verás en el interior una máscara más pequeña. Esta máscara es para ser utilizada con la lente DianaF+ 55 mm. Con la lente de 38 mm usarás el visor a imagen completa (todo lo que se ve). Este visor está calibrado para el formato grande de la DianaF+ (52mm x 52mm). Para la lente macro no se necesita visor.

Haciendo fotos

Tu lente gran angular 55 mm tiene tres posiciones para la distancia. Las verás impresas en la lente:

• 1-2 m• 2-4 m• infinito – más lejos de 4 m

Calcula la distancia de tus objetivos y gira la lente para elegir la posición correcta. La flecha de plástico deberá posicionarse con la distancia elegida.

Los controles de apertura y obturación se utilizarán como siempre. La lente no requiere de un ajuste especial.

Para conseguir un efecto muy acusado de super gran angular, deberás utilizar el formato grande de la DianaF+, esto es; el formato de 12 exposiciones. Utilizando el formato pequeño de 16 exposiciones los resultados no serán tan acusados.

Podrás utilizar también el Diana+ Flash o cualquier flash con zapata universal. Pero no te olvides que utilizando la lente super gran angular tendrás una falta de luz en los bordes de la imagen. Así que es mejor encuadrar los objetos que deseas iluminar en el centro de la imagen.

Lente macro

La lente macro está calibrada para disparar a una distancia de 15 cm. Deberás de medir exactamente la distancia desde la lente al objeto a fotografiar ( y no desde la cámara). La forma más fácil es (1) tener preparada una cinta con la medida de 15 cm, o (2) utiliza la correa de la cámara y haz una marca.No se necesita visor. La lente abarcará todo lo que se ponga delante de ella.

Cuidados y Garantía

Limpia la lente únicamente con una solución adecuada y con un paño suave. Nunca manipules la lente de forma brusca o forzando, puede romperse. Cuando no se vaya a utilizar, protege la lente, tanto en su parte delantera como trasera con sus correspondientes tapas protectoras.

Tu lente DianaF+ 55 mm tiene una garantía de 2 años contra defectos de fabricación. En tal caso, la Sociedad Lomográfica Internacional reparará o sustituirá el producto según cada caso.Para hacer uso de la garantía, por favor contactar con la oficina Lomográfica más cercana (ver listado):
