Laboratory DiamondsCharacteristics: High tensile stainless steel shanks; high precision performance; natural & synthetic diamonds according to various applications; outstanding abrasive capacity; excellent working life; great reduction in working time; no deforming of instrument outline; industrially processed with multi-layers of diamond grains.Applications: Coarse grain diamond tools - generally indicated for the working of soft materials, roughing out of resin dentures, reduction of base plates, special trays, hard plaster models, etc. Medium grain diamond tools - indicated for grind-ing and finishing metals, working ceramics, casting of precious alloys, difficult cobalt chrome and nickel-chrome grinding and finishing operations as well as finishing of resin dentures. For all types of touching-up on any material in the dental office.Directions For Use: Choose the rotation speed in accordance with the length & diameter of the instrument, without exceeding the maximum rotation speed prescribed. Use the highest rotation speed for metal materials. Reduce speed for soft materials. Apply moderate cutting pressure for obtaining maximum abrasion.Recommendations: Avoid levering. Do not modify the instruments. Discard bent instruments. Never exceed the maximum rotation speeds prescribed. Utilize full chucking length.
